Went there this morning because my boyfriend has been wanting to try Burger King breakfast. Well I pull in and I guess they only had one employee working bc there was only one car in the lot. I tell the woman my order that I wanted two biscuit meals and she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t want to make biscuits because they take too long and that I could “get a croissant or something” when I would’ve been fine to wait for the biscuits but she was simply to lazy to make them. My boyfriend won’t get me to go back to this Burger King. I’ve worked customer service jobs my whole life I know they are draining but I’ve never been that lazy before.

Generally a pretty terrible drive through. Takes upwards of 15-20 mins to make it through, if your order is wrong plan on waiting another 15-20 or longer.

I saw that it wasn’t very busy so I just went in and ordered my meal, on lunch break. Afterwards I sat and waited for 20 mins. When they called out my order it was the wrong thing completely. They need a new crew or some proper management. I got a refund, but had to miss lunch and head back to work. Not the first time this has happened at this store

Mercedes is a wonderful person in drive thru. She’s fast, friendly and has wonderful work ethics that you don’t see everyday. She’s always been very sweet to my daughter and she remembers our order by heart. She’s definitely a great worker and makes the drive thru a pleasant time ordering food.

Burger is actually a good place, people on here saying they are not good is lying. Most part is always customers maybe they were rude and not patience, all of y’all need to be mature and know they are human beings and trying their best to serve you , if you see any employee upset or not in a good mood, don’t make it worse on them, thank them that they are doing their best at serving you. Thank you burger king employees for trying your best ! Don’t argue about sauces either that’s really dumb it’s a mistake.
