Absolutely ridiculous. Walked in at 6:10 and they had no pizzas ready and said it’d be a 20min wait for regular hot n ready pizzas. I placed my order and waited. While waiting, over 10 hot n ready pizzas walked out the door with other customers. Crew was slow walking around with no urgency to to do anything.

Huge disappointment. I ordered my friend the ultimate supreme and all we got was a pepperoni with a few slivers of onion, two mushrooms and three pieces of green pepper. I spent over 50 dollars on the whole order, I would have done better just getting a grocery store pizza. That is no way to keep customers. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. I got there an hour before closing time and asked for fresh food for my order. I get home and my food was barely even warm, dry and tasteless. Upon looking at the boxes I see a ticket for a mobile order that was placed almost 2 hours ago. I wasn’t given fresh food upon request, but instead given food that had been sitting there for almost 2 hours. Incompetent staff and poor quality. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I wish I could post a picture of the deep dish I ordered. It looked sloppy and thrown together. Also, what’s the point of tipping of the driver doesn’t honor your request to ring your bell and hand it to you? The 3 starts is because their pizzas are always fresh and delicious I just need their delivery drivers to do better

Whoever decided to raise the price and lower the quality? Should be shot!!! I’ll never eat it again. My dogs wouldn’t eat it and they love pizza crust. So sad where we are going. This is what you get when you ignore voter fraud.
