The worst experience I ever had at a drive-through before. The cashier that took our order was rude and short temper with us. A young man by name of Isaiah came to the window to bring us our order and he noticed my son from his school. He was threatening him saying you better tell no one where I work. If you do I am coming for you. I know where to find you. My son didn’t say a word back to him. He continued saying what he was going to do to my son. I told this boy that I was his mother in the car and that he will not touch him. He continued to say what he was going to do. He is a troubled individual and I will not be back again as long as he is working there. I am very disgusted about this to the point of speaking with a legal professional for advice. I tried to call the store to speak with the manager, but no one answered the phone.

Good ol’ Arby’s they may have the beef but they don’t care about patriotism. This is very sad to see as a veteran and even more sad as an American. It’s a shame that Arby’s hates America I used to kinda like the food.

Rude. Not going back. Customer service at this location is terrible. Ordered a beef n cheddar meal in the drive thru. Got a regular roast beef. Went in store to get corrected. The girl never said a word. She told the kitchen to make a new sandwich, and when the kitchen gave it to her, she threw it in a bag. Then she tossed it on the counter and walked away, again not saying a word. I don’t care if your food is top notch. Act like I’m bothering you just to get what I paid for, and you have lost my business. Tried to contact someone about this, but no luck.

Ordered the new special that is advertised on TV and on a big poster on the window just a few feet away from the counter… and the workers there reply that they have not had that item in “a long time”. This is the item currently blasted over Arby’s TV commercials and all over this locations windows. Not sure the quality of this place if they don’t know what’s advertised on their own front window.

WHY do you still have the dining room locked down? C’mon people, it’s been 2 years!!. All the other restaurants around you have their doors opened. Truck drivers like me would like to be able to come in and eat. Our vehicles are to big for the drive thru!! So if you ever do open back up, don’t expect my business!!
