Waited over an hour and 30 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. When the pizza got here it was cold and soggy. When i called to store the phone rang for 5+ minutes. Not worth the money, would not get pizza here again.

This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever come across. They delivered wrong pizza, cold and over an hour late one time. We were told we would be refunded but that never happened. This time I ordered for a 6:30 pm delivery, got a call at 5:15 saying they are in the oven. So I asked to get fresh pizza cooked and delivered at 6:30 and was told “Well ok, I don’t know what happened but your order came up for me to put in the oven and we have to use door dash.” Really bad management here!

Today I ordered a pizza at 4:08 PM and it wasn’t delivered around roughly 8 PM tonight. I received a notification at 5:25 PM stating my order was out for delivery. Around 7:20 PM, I called the store number only to have it ring until the line deconnected itself. I proceeded to call the customer service number on a receipt that I received the day before. They confirmed that my order was supposed to be delivered by 6:45 PM and had been pushed outside of the 60-90 minute delivery time I was advised of when I initially ordered online. I never received an update stating that. They then transferred me back to the store and again, the line rung until it disconnected itself from no one answering. Around 7:50 PM, I drove 8 minutes away to go to the store to be told that my order left out 10 minutes ago. Mind you, I received a notification at 5:25 PM stating it was on its way hours before. When I asked if they honored the “30 minute guarantee” that’s advertised online and explained everything stated above, they said no and blamed it on system updates not working since they changed it. I asked for a corporate number and discovered after I had left that the number given was invalid. I then googled the customer satisfaction number and was on the phone with them for 29 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and advised the rep I didn’t mind waiting three different times. When I finally got transferred to a supervisor, they never answered the call and let it ring for several minutes. I then proceeded to write a complaint online. My food was lukewarm upon delivery and breadsticks were hard. I couldn’t tell the store about this either because they still didn’t answer the phone. The service was poor and so was the food. I am a regular customer that tips so I am highly disappointed and want a refund. I will not be ordering from this location again. Terrible!

I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was absolutely raw. It looked and tasted like it had barely been baked. Not to mention that it took almost an hour to be delivered. Will not be ordering again!

Pizza Hut is slipping on the customer is always right guideline for restaurants. This location is okay but the location in Mount Washington Kentucky on highway 44 is absolutely disgusting and horrible. They repetitiously make your order incorrectly and even if you’ve had a delivery, when you try to call them back they do not answer or if they do they pick the phone up and immediately hang it back up. This causes you to have to take the pizza back down to the store which invalidates the action of paying for delivery in the first place or tipping the driver. Then when you have to return they expect you to let the driver keep the tip and them charge you for the delivery charge for the pizza even if you get your money back. All I can say is is Pizza Hut is obviously not caring about customer service any longer and I have taken my business to other locations such as the hometown Pizza located in Mount Washington which always gets the order correct.

Worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever been to. I am not a Karen so I never post this kinds of reviews, but I ran a Arby’s for a long time as a young adult. The way things are run here are absolutely unthinkable and unacceptable.

Had a $60 order one night and got the wrong order they credited us the the $60 back and then we ordered again to use that credit and they forgot the wings I ordered. Needless to say this is the last time we order from pizza hut
