I called to order pupusas and asked how long do they take to cook because I was literally outside the lady had an attitude when she told me “they all take the same time to cook about 16 minutes” which I understand it takes time but I’ve never made pupusas before that’s why I asked!!!! Anyway, I ordered 2 and decided to come in to wait and I let the lady at the cashier that I had ordered already and that I was just waiting which she was again rude and said “well if you just ordered they are not going to be ready” (i knew that I was just waiting) then I told her about the minimum $10 purchase to be able to pay with card and I said I don’t have cash can you add another pupusa and she looked at me very upset and told me “buy something else or I’ll cancel your order” by this time I was already upset at the way she was treating me and I said yeah just cancel.

4 dollars for pupusas!!!! What a rip off. I ordered 10 pupusas to go and it was $40. Yoooooooo!!! On top of that they wouldn’t pick up the phone, and when I walked in it was emptier than a doughnut hole. I use to like this place so years ago, not anymore.

I went there for lunch, they gave me the menu to order, and I did but at end they said that the price in the menu for the plate I ordered was not the right price. And they didn’t said anything. I ended up paying almost $30 just for me…The food was so nasty and they already charged me for tip on the receipt, for only one person, seriously?

Food was good, but Overcharged. I agree with previous concerns about service charge being added to the receipt. Does not seem right. It is not left to costumer to compensate according to service received. It is set, added and you got to pay it.

I tried calling in to ask about the pupusas but the lady that answered was acting like she couldn’t hear me! I called back several times and they hung up instantly every time, eventually either blocking my number or disconnecting the phone. Ridiculous!
