Got a simple slush, it was melted. Asked if I could have one that wasn’t melted and the carhop explained that the machine needed some time to freeze/get cold. So I picked up some other food from somewhere else and swung back for the slush. I came back, they gave me another slush and it was like a cylinder of almost melted mush. It had no “ice” in it. If you have had a slush from any other sonic, you know the texture of the little ice in the slush, but this slush was just liquid with melting blended ice in it.

My food came at a reasonable time, but no salt or ketchup were in the bag. I asked for a hamburger and got a cheese. Im not a big fan of cheese on my burger and would have returned it, but i took a 1st bite before realizing it. The price ($14) was a bit high for a burger, small onion rings and small limeade slush. This Sonic is (just) ok.

I did an online order due to not being able to get around well at the moment from a minor accident over the weekend and I didn’t want to have to get out of the truck. So, I ordered from Sonic. I don’t nor have I ever eaten cheese. Almost every time I come here including today, my order has cheese on it. I get very sick when I eat cheese and now I’m back at my offices and can’t eat because my order is wrong “Again.” I just can’t understand why when I put no cheese on my order, it can never be done right. I’m just truly aggravated right now. GOD Bless..

do they have something against hot cheese sticks or something??? everytime i come here & order cheese sticks the cheese is STIFF lol i could wrap string cheese in bread crumbs that is better. if i’m paying $6 for 6 cheese sticks (crazy btw) i don’t wanna have to heat them up in the microwave right after getting them

Ordered breakfast brioche sandwich no cheese, got toaster cheese burger. Ordered bacon breakfast burrito without tater tots add jalapeños, got breakfast burrito with tutorials tots no jalapeños because they were added to the cheeseburger. All around wrong order and unfortunately happens often at this restaurant in particular. Very disappointing.

There doesn’t seem to be much consistency in in the food department. I ordered 3 M&M Blast. One was filled to the brim with lots of M&Ms, the other 2 weren’t even filled to the fill line with very little of the M&Ms. I had one of the Blast brought back to the kitchen for more candies and when it was returned, I had maybe 5 more candies added to it. I just said ‘the heck with it’, left and will never be back.

So this isnt the first time I’ve had this problem, firstly I ordered the chicken slinger combo large cherry Dr pepper, and 3.99 becomes 6.30, but nobody can explain why. I get my food, fries are old, and my sandwich is burnt as you can see from pics.

Ordered meal then a little later they say our order is coming out to us but never came. I told my husband to push the button n ask where was our food they said it’s being cooked it will be a min, waited and waited so we just left no food or an apology. Will never go to that one.
