bought a family meal, was immediately told they only had dark meat. so i ordered a chicken tender meal side, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and fries. when i got home and waited for like 15 mins for husband to get home the food was ICE COLD, like it had been sitting out all day, chicken tasted off fries were stale everything was COLD. i brought it back for it to be remade, nope just the same old food they served me before. old food. the chicken and fries taste like old fry oil, and the mac n cheese had like old crusty noodles, biscuits hard as a rock. save you’re time maybe try a different location.

I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was stale and seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was dry, overcooked, and lacked any flavor or seasoning. The batter was soggy and unappetizing, as if it had been drenched in oil for an unreasonable amount of time.

Yesterday around 4:45 I ordered 9 piece extra crispy bucket a chocolate cake a lemon cake. What I got was not what I ordered. There was 6 pieces in the bucket old original chicken did not get my chocolate only 2 lemon cake one was frozen. Chicken had to be tossed so I had to go buy dinner elsewhere after already paying for non eatable chicken. WinCo chicken was what was on the plate instead at least it wasn’t old and nasty. Also thanks for saying that’s to bad lady when I called to ask how this was acceptable.

I gave this one star but count it as a zero. Stopped by at this location on the way back to Canada. There was a nine piece bucket deal ..we wanted three orders of this. As our order was being taken the extremely rude female shift manager, from the back, yells out that they can’t fulfil the order because they are out of chicken. We said we would wait for more to be cooked. However, we were told they were out of chicken and the delivery truck wouldn’t be there until the next day. It was obviously a lie as this was at 8 in the evening and they were still open and serving other customers. I could sense that the other workers there were uneasy about this as well. I don’t want to play the race or colour card here but it-was a humiliating and disappointing experience. Why have these deals in place when you have no intention of honouring it. We drove to the next one where they were happy to serve us. I’ve never ever experienced anything like this…we were polite, not asking for any special favours or discounts, yet they still refused to fulfil our order.

Ok gave 2 stars cause the cashier was super nice. However, that chicken bowl was disgraceful. 1/3rd full, this was 1 half scoop mashed potato with 12 small chicken chunks, 10 kernels of corn with gravy poured over it. You forgot my potato, chicken and corn in my gravy bowl. Only thing right was the gravy and the 12 slices of pickle on my chicken sandwich that was ordered “no pickle”. Must be pushing the pickles this month

Well if you’re looking this place up it’s because you want chicken, and you don’t feel like sitting in the line at Chick-fil-A right? Pretty good place to go whether you’re eating in or taking out. You have to try their fries! They are absolutely delicious.

Ordered $52.99 worth of food online (paid!) on March 16th. Went to pick it up only to have them tell me that they didn’t make my food because their fryer was down. They had my phone number with my online order and never called me to let me know this. Also, I have yet to get my money back! I’ve called the store it’s self about a refund and they told me to call a 1 800 number. I’ve called multiple times now between then and today, leaving voicemails. No one answers the phone or calls back. So this location and KFC as a whole has legit stollen my money!

Wasn’t given my full order. I called and called and they continued to unplug the phones. As soon as I get an answer I was given attitude right away and called them out for unplugging the phones. The lady who answered tried to argue that they were getting unplugged as I even explained how easy it is to tell as an automated message starts to play as it’s ringing when it gets unplugged while it’s ringing…. On top of you’re unable to call back until it’s plugged back in of course… finally I get thru another phone call to ask what their reason is for not filling an order completely. The same lady was nice about it this time and actually told me she was pulling up my receipt to get my full order whenever I can come back in. Thank you KFC but Fr work on your initial customer service responses
