I ordered a classic cheesesteak with cheese and onions, sauce on the side. It was minimal meat and I didn’t see OR smell the onions. Upon opening the steak it was DRY and I literally had to SEARCH for the tiny onions and single slice of cheese that wasn’t even visible. Can you see it? And the side of Marinara sauce was COLD and smells and looks like cocktail sauce! what? And they charged me extra for the side of sauce that would have came on the cheesesteak! Never ordering from here again! I love the House of Pizza on Chestnut street. This is not the same!! And their pizza is different. Thick crust and sweet sauce. Not a fan! $50 wasted and NOT SATISFIED.

This was a recommended place by one of my friends whom used to live in the area. He highly recommend the House of pizza and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our pizza and the people working there were great. We got our order to go and it’s a little thing the young lady did for us. I was buying a 2 liter of coke and she offered a cold one to me instead of the warm one off the shelf. It’s a very minor thing but made my experience even better. The food was incredible and the service was just as good. We will definitely come back for more in the future.

I loved this HOP but it saddens me to say it’s gone downhill for a few reasons. My sister, her kids, and I all got ice cream of some sort. It was an unpleasant surprise to find my SINGLE scoop of ice cream was smaller than my nephews KIDDIE cone. This gave my sister and I a good laugh….I could have ate the entire thing in one bite…that’s how small it was. My sister got a large soft serve cone and it was also much smaller than her portion she got last visit. Please train your ice cream cashiers on proper portioning and I think that will keep more customers happy. Next time we might just get food and no ice cream and hope for the best!

Me n my friends kids went in and had ice cream n slices of pizza I got aalted peanut butter n banana milkshake n it was sooooo freaking delicious my lil homie got a chocolate milkshake n we both destroyed them quick cuz they were soo good n the pizza….omg it was perfect the crust was crunchy n warm the cheese n the sauce n the pepperoni was perfect

Local mom and pop kinda of pizza chain. Walking in really sent me back into the 1980’s. Which was an interesting slice of Americana. Old style everything. The staff here was probably the nicest of any place I’ve ever been, reguarless of pizza shop or high end reasturant, can’t say enough about their friendliness. We ordered pizzas, which were done very well, and so delicious. Food was great. They also have a separate window for ordering ice cream. My cone tasted somewhat like chemicals, but other than that, great place and service.
