This place has consistently gone downhill since the new owners took over. The food and drink quality is terrible. The food used to be fresh and appealing. The chicken did not used to be of “processed” quality, now it’s chewy and rubbery. They are not using fresh ingredients and it’s obvious. The chicken salad is not anywhere close to how it used to be. The fruit and veggies are beginning to turn by the time they are served. My fiancé and I have both found hairs in our meals on more than one occasion. It’s as though they are only churning food out for a profit and not paying attention to detail or sanitary procedures. The espresso drinks are even terrible tasting. The prices are way too high to be offering such poor quality service. Continuing these practices will be sure to take the business down. Under the old owners, this place used to be one of the “gems” of New Castle. Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite local food place.

We had the pulled pork and the chicken ceasar wrap. The mac n cheese was delicious! The sweet tea was made to perfection. Nice, quiet atmosphere. You almost forget your in New Castle! We sat outside, and it was so relaxing!
