After waiting over 5 minutes and paying, they said that they don’t have what I ordered. I was at the drive-thru so I was trying to figure out what they can substitute instead and they weren’t really helping, after another 10 minute wait they gave me less pieces than what I paid for, realized after I got out of the drive through because of the line behind. no KFC anymore.

The food was good, but the service was horrible – the staff behaved in a way that led me to believe they were NOT at all trained in good customer service, or at least believed they chose not to put it into practice. I ordered online for quick pickup, which went smoothly. I arrived at the store and waited in line maybe 7-10 minutes behind only one other customer. Once that customer left, I stepped forward, but was ignored even though the front counter staff weren’t helping anyone else. Another customer came in the door and stepped up to the counter beside me and received immediate attention. They stepped back after apparently being helped. Two of the employees, in two subsequent interactions, looked past me to ask questions of the customers who were seated at tables, both obviously ignoring my presence altogether by noticeably avoiding eye contact with me even though I was standing at the counter. After 3-5 minutes of this, I finally asserted myself and spoke up that I had a quick-pick-up order and gave my name. The immediate response from one employee was to look up from their phone and say “Oh yeah, that’s right here”, handed the bag over with a forced smile and went back to their cell phone. Before leaving, I took the time to ensure my order was correct – which it was. I will NOT be visiting that KFC again.

I wanted something different for lunch. I stopped by KFC and I can’t say enough about Nicole at the front counter. She was so pleasant and her customer service was great. We were sitting at the table eating and watched her help a lady to her car with a large order. I just hardly ever see that anymore. Great job Nicole, have a blessed day!!!!

Don’t order online. Even if you put clear directions and only get one of everything, they’ll send you half of your order. EVERY TIME. This was our last try. Paid $55 and got 4 tenders and a famous bowl. Trash

It’s like they did not even read what I ordered. Received a bunch of random, OLD food that you could tell had been sitting under a heat lamp. Do NOT use doordash. They will not check your order. I will not be returning.

Went to order inside and tried to order an 8 piece chicken with 8 piece strips and they rang it up just fine at the price it should’ve been. Then I get the order and the strips are missing, and they say it’s an online only order, after I’ve already paid for it and taken the food, so now it’s unreturnable. Then I get home and the sides are not what I asked for either. I paid $30 for them to give me chicken, half the biscuits I paid for, and 2 of the wrong sides.

Ordered food through drive thru and came up on a bunch of kids running the store. The cashier had AirPods in and was cussing with my 6 year old daughter could hear and said oooooo daddy that man is cussing. Reluctantly took food home and all the food was cold and really poor quality, the coleslaw was sour. Tried again 2 months later and exact same thing happened. Cussing teenagers that are rude and food was absolutely horrible.
