I placed a mobile order (3/31/2023) picked up in drive and drove off. Pulled over to check my order and realized ALL of the cheese on my grilled cheese burrito was stuck to the top of the paper. Less than 5mins after leaving, I was back in the drive thru line. I asked to have it remade, was told by the manager that there was nothing he (Hector) could do and that’s the way the burrito came. I’ve ordered it many times, it never came like that & it’s not how it’s advertised. So, I was denied having my order remade & paid for something I didn’t get, still unresolved

Fast service, polite customer service, fresh and hot food ! Literally the best Taco Bell experience I’ve EVER had ! Thank you so much ! That’s coming from North Carolina I travel for a living so I see the difference in quality across the board in chain restaurants. This Taco Bell should be the poster child for the rest. Great Job !

I wish i could give this one no stars. When somebody orders something and asks for one specific thing off of it, do not ignore that request. Some people who request things off of the item they ordered, it’s simply because they are allergic!! It does not matter if it is an online order through one of the branded apps, you still can face a lawsuit for not paying attention!!!

Food was very mediocre. Unfortunately the employees that work there will not take your order, you must use the 1 kiosk they have which delays orders of course, when asking for assistance it is hard as all the staff only speak Spanish.
