I ordered a pizzas for delivery and once delivered I opened the boxes and both pizzas looked like they had been dropped/turned over. I thought it was strange that the delivery driver did not have them in an insulated bag as they usually do. The driver apologized when I told him that I did not want to accept the pizzas rather like to receive a full refund.

The gluten free pizza crust is awesome: thanks for making pizza an option again. I can’t believe that it actually tasted better than the regular crust. It’s fantabulous, crispy, tasty, and awesome. I wish they’d make it little bigger but $7-8 for a freshly made, delicious, crispy gluten-free crust is worth the small size. But I’d pay $10-12 for a small to medium (hint, hint) pizza. Whether you pick up or get it delivered the crust and pizza are great.

I call and they tell me that they know there’s more than three pieces of chicken on the sandwich because they made it their self.. I’m a very honest person and I’m God fearing.. I don’t believe in telling lies.. no I think you thought you put more than three pieces of chicken on there.. but instead of thinking that yeah you put four or five on there how about try to actually throw some chicken on the sandwich and then you ain’t got to worry about this problem again…. This is pitiful.. can’t find good help these days.. Horrible. I will no longer be eating at this Dominos. Called about a recent order and there was no apology at all. Sad case. I ordered a large pizza and five cheese dip which I have had multiple times from other Dominos.I let the guy know that there were clumps of cheese that was not done. He said I’m not calling u a “liar” but we ran it through the oven. I said it was not done still there was no apologies are anything. He asked why you didn’t call last night. I said I had to work. Why does it matter if y’all messed my order up and I paid my hard working money for it. So never again. Horrible attitudes and food was trash ️

Absolutely RUDE! I get it they are Busy But I received the most HORRIBLE customer service EVER from the Actual Manager Alan! I know it was him because i called back and he told me he was the manager. If it’s that bad do like everyone else close the store. Or don’t answer the phones because of short staffing issue, i get it and normally I’m the person that is ALWAYS understanding because i get the state of the world we live in. 0/10 do not recommend.

Despite being busy, employees were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. I asked them to double slice my pizza (in 16 little slices). They could have easily said no since I did not put a note in my mobile order to do so. Despite it being a busy Friday night, they happily said yes and took the time to fulfill my request.
