Im not a huge fan of mulusk like food, but I really enjoyed them today. It’s not like I’ve never had it made well before, but something about my selection just seemed a bit better than the usual good I’d get from other places. Maybe it’s the quality. Each piece had a pleasant texture. The sauces and seasonings used were not over powering instead just right and very complimentary. I like the little toppings and sauce they give when you order the individuals.

Well, not only did I have the best oysters I’ve ever eaten, I also had the most beautiful waitress in all Seattle serve me. I got the big sampler platter. Ate the whole thing. Milo wouldn’t taste any of it. He likes . Thank tall for a great meal.

My server seemed like he didn’t want to be there, never smiled, didn’t bring water for the first ten min although it wasn’t busy, and made us feel we shouldn’t bother him, eat quick and leave. And yet, the restaurant puts mandatory 19% tip in the end. Can you please pay your employees decently so that your staff doesn’t assume 20% tip is their rights while giving bad service? It is the business’s duty to pay your employees decently, not your customers!!!
