The employees I’ve encountered here work really hard but they need more of them. There’s often only 1 working on the mobile and in store orders at a time and the mobile orders are done after everyone in store has been taken care of. So if you order through the app you’ll be waiting which should not be the case. They need more help!

Being Superman on Amazon
The greatest on the island. This place has the loveliest chairs tables and lighting. It’s a great place to lounge relax and find clarity of mind. the managers are great but the greatest thing about this place is the cleanliness. Super clean which means I’m super confident to drink eat and rest here. I get 5 stars like a universe gives a constellation.

the guy that works the night shift during the week is not good at making drinks he’s lazy and acts like he doesn’t care how the drinks are made ordered a simple strawberry coolatta the other day with whip cream and the drink barely had any whip cream, and the drink was not blended properly tasted wayyyy 2 sour and bitter and this is not the first time this has happened from him I refuse to go when he is working (not sure what his name is btw) he needs better training or to get fired!!

I feel silly for reviewing a Dunkin. However, when the service is excellent, I think it deserves to be noticed. First of the facility was clean. The staff and management clearly care about appearance. The service was fast and friendly. The young man who seemed to be the manager was friendly and helpful. The place was packed, but everyone working worked through the line and got everyone what they wanted. Great job!

Would give it negative stars if I could… long story short the employee that made my coffee came out of the bathroom prior to making my coffee and was in there quite a long time.. I went in after and there was no soap.. so this guy went to the bathroom didn’t wash his hands and then handled customers food and coffee!! He tried to say he washed them behind the counter but he absolutely did not. I love DD and I’m a very long time customer but I don’t think I can go back now.. especially since I emailed the company worrying that he’s contaminating food but they never responded so I guess that isn’t important to them.
