I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews on the Hastings location, but I was on my way home and seriously craving an old school Whopper. Ordered my Whopper special sideboard, small fries. Didn’t wait long, all the gals working were very polite. Fries lacking salt, but hot and crispy. Got home to do the big reveal of my Whopper and was so excited that it was everything I asked for. As a bonus, it was wrapped tight so I wouldn’t make a huge mess. My only low score is because I didn’t see the inside. Keep up the good work and continue to make improvements! Your efforts make the difference!

Ordered via the app picked up in drive through. Should have known better when it took them 10 minutes to get through 3 cars at the squawk box. They tried 4 different times to give us the wrong order, sat in the drive through for around 15 minutes before we finally got our food they told 2 cars before us to pull around to the lot and park and wait for their food there Staff all looked to be confused, and lacking direction, poor management no doubt.
