I had a craving for wings. I’m tired of B dubs and Hooters isn’t an option here. So I tried Wingstop. I asked the cashier how long for traditional flats 10 pc. She said 16 minutes. I’ll take it. 16 minutes later they were on the counter ready for me to take them. When I got back the hotel I dug in. They were temperature hot and saucey hot. The taste was good. They were cooked perfectly. If I get the craving again I will definitely be stopping here. Kudos to you Wingstop.

I spent 30 minutes trying to place an order on the phone. Since I wanted my wings extra wet neither the app or online ordering would let me make that request. So I called what I thought to be the store. They are unable to make that request as well. I am as transferred to the store 3 times and hung up on each time. We finally ended up placing the order agreeing that we can update the order when we get there. Only to have the person not follow our instructions on when we wanted them. They would be cold by the time we were able to pick them up. And he LAUGHED that they would be cold and refused to cancel that order and correct it.

First time trying Wing Stop. Only 3 people in the store, but the service was a bit slow for not being busy. Got a large order of thigh bites, original hot, fries, and a drink. The order totaled 12 bucks, but it was a lot of food. Chicken was really good. Dipped it in a side order of the atomic sauce. That stuff has got some kick to it! The fries have a unique flavor and are soft like thick homemade. Not what I’m used to, but they were good. The oversized carryout bag is a little different. I would certainly go again sometime.

I couldn’t get my order to place online so I ended up calling in my order and the employee I spoke with was so very sweet and helpful. It is refreshing to call and speak to someone who doesn’t already sound annoyed when the first pick up the phone. Great customer service (I wish I could remember her name). Never disappoint! Wings are much larger, meatier, and better breading than anywhere including BWW. Sauce options are delicious; Hawaiian is a go to. Perfect for March Madness gatherings or lunch. Crew is friendly and welcoming at the Columbus, IN location.

Not sure what all the negative comments are about. Manager was extremely friendly and accommodating and helpful. Crew worked diligently with what seemed to be a pretty full house. Food was good and establishment was clean. Only complaint I have is the parking situation. Dunkin’ Donuts drive through is right behind parking.
