It was around 1 pm on a Saturday. Ordered the Honey Seared Chicken with Brown Rice and the General Tsos Chicken with Brown Rice. Both were very filling. The sauce of the Honey Seared had a nice flavor and it had chives and peppers. The General Tsos was quite spicy though. They had fountain drinks, and we liked the Mandarin Green Tea. Service was good.

I had the Mongolian steak with brown rice and my wife had the Kung pao shrimp. Both were very good, but too many carrots for my wife’s liking in the Kung pao shrimp. Next time we’ll know to order light on the carrots. We did eat in, so my dish probably didn’t have time to soften the scallions, as they would’ve if I were picking up a to go order.They could’ve been sautéed a bit to soften them up for dine in. They seemed as if they were added uncooked at the end. Pei Wei is definitely a better choice than Panda Express, in my opinion still.

Impossible to reach by phone. I had an online order and called 2 minutes after it was ordered to make a change and was on hold for 25 minutes until the order was ready. Providing me no opportunity to correct the issue I had. Disappointing for how expensive entrees are.

I had the lettuce wraps, they were really good.. I forgot to take a picture! I love the sauce also!! The store was clean but also because of the covid19 no one was in there. We had to do curbside pickup. Food was made pretty quickly. Nice location next to Fry’s and Petco along with a few other places.

I was hesitant in leaving this review since Pei Wei in general is a decent restaurant chain and generally does well with service. But after reading the reviews, I was glad to see I am not alone. I can attest to all the bad reviews. Especially the bird poop! Super nasty. I just wonder why the reviews don’t have photos, cause this really needs to be seen. Also. This. Place. Is dirty af. I don’t know what it is about this location, but it is always dirty and super inconsistent with its food freshness, quality, and taste. It’s a miss. I read a review where they mentioned they would start going to the Ray location instead of this one. My thoughts exactly. I really thought I was alone on this and was being too much of a critic, but again, glad I am not alone on this. The place is dirty. The food is inconsistent. A month ago I remember they ran out of food at 7pm! It was crazy. Honestly, it was a bit apocalyptic to where I went home thinking about how I really need to have an emergency food storage plan. For real. But. How does a mega restaurant chain run out of food at 7pm? There was no silverware that night also. It was cray. I really think this Pei Wei only profits because of its location, not its service. The location is super convenient to where the location will always beat out the lack of quality. An extreme oversight to a problem that needs to be fixed. If you have an appetite that you want to satisfy, you’re rolling the dice at this location.

Food was horrible. It has been a while since I last ate at Pei Wei. It has gone down hill since then. The menu has changed considerably. I used to love PW’s Pad Thai and had a craving for it so decided to order out. When I got to the restaurant they were out of dumplings that I had ordered so they replaced them with egg rolls, I had also ordered their Thai Wonton soup. Why it is called that I don’t know, because it doesn’t come with wonton’s, it comes with dumplings, so therefor the soup was just broth with green onions in it. Their Pad Thai used to have chicken and tofu in it, now it is one or the other. The sauce was very vinegary and the chicken was bland. The only decent food we had ordered was the lettuce wraps. I will not be eating at Pei Wei again.

They never answer the phone, tried calling 4x and when I arrived there was a super rude employee named Christian. If this is a management person, we will not be returning. The girl interrupts me trying to order several times. Also asked why I couldn’t use a deal on two separate orders and her reply was condescending. Good bye poorly executed restaurant operation.
