Food court vibe is always a fun one. I gave them a try with their namesake meal…The Blasian. It was mid. Not a bad meal but nothing stood out either. The spring rolls were too mushy in the middle. The skewers were okay. The noodles were good. I can say I tried it, but there were other options at the hall that I was also dying to taste.

One of my fave spots in Waco! I’ve been eating here since it was a food truck and crave this WEEKLY. Delicious. The food at the new restaurant is just as good if not better. Normally get the Blasian with steamed potstickers, and the egg rolls are phenomenal. Moving out of Waco in a month and this will be one of the restaurants I really miss!

I dropped by the Union Hall location and come to find out they have this new location, it’s only been open for six weeks, and there’s much more space a full menu (compared to Union Hall). Same great food better service and much more space. This is my go to spot in Waco. Love their sandwich.
