Horrible dinner experience. Should have just stood up and left before we ordered. The menu was greasy, the cloth napkins dirty. So bad sign already. Waitresses did not smile (guess not the best mood among the staff). Ordered Cesar salad and Sirloin steak with Shrimp. Caesar salad was actually really good (reason for 2 stars instead of a 1 star review). Ordered Steak medium, came well done! Complained about it, and was asked if I wanted a new one. I declined, since either you know how to cook steaks or you don’t. Did not feel like gambling again. So just left the food. Unfortunately we had to pay for the food full price still. So never going to a Texas Roadhouse again. Would not recommend to anyone…

This was one of the best cooked steaks I have had in recent years. I had the 8 oz thick cut New York strip and asked for it to be cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection. The server asked if I wanted steak sauce to which I replied if the steak is properly cooked, you don’t need steak sauce and I did not. The loaded baked potato was more like a sprinkled baked potato as the toppings were a mere sprinkling. Otherwise the food was good.

Food was fresh/ hot and good. The front door meeter greeter wasn’t good.. Despite the rude talk, we were seated (55) minutes wait around 7;15pm. Was really packed. We did 3 meals,1 combo meal of 3 and 2 Margarette’s totaling 108.00. with a 20.00 tip cash for a great waiter.

We normally enjoy the food and service here but today was our last visit. The server we had treated us horribly. She apparently forgot about us.. We spent half of our meal without something to drink. Also had to get up and ask another server for to go boxes.

was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse and we were impressed. It was really crowded for a Saturday night, but we did the online seating reservation. When you arrive, you send a text and you wait in your car until they text you to come in when your table is ready. I really like the contactless ordering, you just snap the QR code on your phone for the menu. Their tables are spaced apart, which is nice. Our server was great, she kept up with our tea drinking, she kept our tea glasses and bread basket filled. Our steaks came out, everything was so good. We will definitely be back.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but we wanted a table they told us a 10 minute wait which was fine. We waited over 20 minutes for the table that no one was sitting at to start with. The host stand girls were whispering and looking at us one kinda laughed and walked off. The food come out mine and my daughters steak was no where near well done or medium well. No drink refills until we were pretty much done with our meal.

I met some friends for dinner at Texas Roadhouse. We had about a 10 minute wait to be seated. Our server, Lex, was terrific! She was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The ice tea was weak and tasteless. I got grilled shrimp with rice and fresh veggies. The shrimp was very tasty, but it’s always awkward to pull off the tails and figure out what to do with them. Fresh vegetables were good. Very loud atmosphere, which can make conversation difficult.
