My last order arrived over 50 minutes after I received the “in route to you” text message. This is not 50 minutes from time of ordering, but 50 minutes after I was informed it was on its way. When I did receive it, all items were present. The pizza was warm, but all side items were not. Of the two orders of fries, one was clearly smaller than the other; and neither seemed a good value for $3.99. The “boneless wings” were poorly prepared; many pieces being completely free of sauce.

I had placed an order online and it took over an hour to arrived!! Not only that but whoever delivered left it on the FLOOR, I am in my living room and nobody knocked on the door!!!! , I called Pizza Hut to file a complaint and they told me they don’t have anything to do with that and they wanted to blame it on doordash, what??!! I placed my order on the Pizza Hut website so how come they tryna blame somebody else! Pizza is cold and the Pepsi never arrived either. Never ordering from this location again

They messed up my order and instead of sending the right order they said “oh well, you can drive here and get the right order” I couldn’t do that so they said they would put $15 under my phone number for next time. Just tried and the coupon isn’t there, I called the store and the manager wouldn’t talk to me and said I had to call customer service and wouldn’t help me. Terrible service

Gave yehem 1star because couldn’t open the reviews, this is the worst place ever, the people are nasty, and gettho, tried to get a refund and the supposed Mgr name Nae putt me on hold for 13 minutes, she was nasty , and very unprofessional,and very very****GETTHO**** she sounded like she never passed the third grade her communications skills very limited, then we get mad when other races talk bad about us. Curbside pickup. When I arrived home, I come to find out that the pizza is burned. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they see that the pizza is burned they should not box it and let the client take it home. Unacceptable. And to top it off, they put the wrong toppings on the pizza that I ordered. Looking at all the negative reviews, there is definitely a fundamental issue at this location that is yet to be resolved. This was not just an isolated mistake. Marco’s pizza down the street on Cypresswood is significantly better. I’ve never had this type of negative experience there. Quality, timing, freshness, accuracy of my orders has always been on point.

My last order was very simple and somehow between pizza hut and door dash no one could get it right. The big box Supreme with cheese sticks and mountain dew.. 1st the dasher had no soda and told me to call pizza hut for a refund… no biggie I thought… until I opened the box… Cinnasticks with Marinara sauce… I called the store a few times but someone would answer them the line went busy. Using door dash adds to customer frustration becasue no one is responsible when things like this happen. So I call the 1800 number. The guy was very nice. I requested a $10 refund for the items I DIDN’T get. he tried to give me free pizza coupon. NOPE!! I’m never getting pizza hut delivery. I just want my money. This is the 4th complaint in 3 years about this same location. I try to give them time to fix it… they have showed me for the LAST TIME THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS.

Horrible I was delivered a wayyy under down pizza been calling three days call today to talk to the manager nae who was supposed to be there so I can get my refund all of a sudden my calls getting ignored before being told that the GM or manager whatever one she is that was supposed to be there my calls was getting answered and someone slipped and told me the manager name horrible service and they just don’t want to give people there money already put my complaint in will not be ordering from this location ever again .
