Burger was too small and very cold. Couldn’t even taste the beef. Cheap price compared to other fastfood but wasnt filling. Gave 3 stars still because i did like the theme of the resturant and the kiosk was easy to use!

Very welcoming when we entered the restaurant. Immediately checked if we ordered online for pickup and pointed us to an appropriate checker for our selection of using card to pay. Quickly ordered the food, and convenient way to scan your rewards app. Service kindly reminded us to save our receipt to pick up our order which was helpful.

We were greeted with such friendly service! I was impressed that I didn’t need to use the kiosk to place my order and could actually talk to a very friendly live person. Our order came out fast, fresh, and hot. There self serve area was clean and well stocked. It was an overall fabulous experience!

I grew up eating at Steak n Shake in the parking lot service days. My family would back into a parking space and turn the headlights on to let the server know we were ready to order. Nostalgic forsure, but, the food is great as well. It is my comfort food! The chili mac is always in my order!

This location, close to Costco, Walmart, and the Coralville Mall, opens for lunch at 10 a.m. which is a plus in my opinion. The facility, including the women’s restroom, is very clean and the booth seating is comfortable. Shakes are served in heavy glasses and are freshly made. I like the thin fries, and the steak burgers are freshly made and very tasty. There are 3 or 4 kiosks where customers place and pay for orders. This is a very quick process. I enjoy eating here when shopping at nearby stores.

Clean Very Friendly Staff… Annie keeps the customers straight and content… She greated us with a smile and ensure we knew what we were doing for a great experience. This place basically saved my sanity after being at the Iowa City Hospital all day. We were tired, hungry, and worn out. It was around 9 PM. The customer service was great. I, assume the manager asked if I wanted to tell her my order when I started using the kiosk inside and I was basically head empty at that point and said I preferred the kiosk, and she just let me do my thing. It meant a lot at that moment to have food prepared when we ordered it and people just being nice after the day we had. The food was great, I got two garlic burgers and fries. Girlfriend got a shake and fries. Everything was prepared well and hot, or cold in the case of the shake.
