This place is so cute but extremely small. I mean small to the point to where I can see having issues maneuvering a wheelchair between tables. The food was good, no different than any other fast food but there didn’t seem to be very many choices. Restrooms are clean, wheelchair accessible and have changing tables. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Staff was extremely friendly. I personally don’t love ice cream but frozen custard is much better. This place is still new so I will definitely try it again and update.

Waited 25 minutes on food that cost $34 for two people to eat… Our large fries not even close to being filled to the top… Burgers are made poorly and incomplete My double burger only had one pickle… Also the cheese curds were very rubbery…. This was my first time meeting at Freddy’s and I’m very disappointed… Also when I tried to call to tell them what had happened there was no answer… That’s very unprofessional… I’m very dissatisfied and with no one to complain to what’s it matter

There were nothing but teenagers working the night me and the kiddos went in Freddy’s for the first time and they were AMAZING!! They were all busy and running that place to perfection. They deserve a lot of credit for doing a great job.

Let’s just start with we waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for 30 dollar food for two people and it when we got our food for one the cheese fries had only got cold cheese that didn’t even cover 10 fries and the patty melt that we got had almost black bread.. They not only gave me the wrong two shakes they sold me burnt nasty food and barely any cheese so thank you to freddy’s in jasper for ruining our sunday lunch So if you can’t do you job find a new one!

The food is good. The restaurant seems always to be a little loud inside. Sadly if you want to refine your order, you have about a 50% chance that it will be messed up. But they are always happy to fix it.

Must be a shortage of supplies. A drop of mustard and a pickle. That’s what you get on a Freddy burger in Jasper al. The meat was exceptionally dry and flavorless. Also the coldest fries I’ve ever had. I watched a worker change out a mop head and went to serving without hand washing. Good thing the health dept wasn’t checking that day. Way too many employees bumping into each other and mostly doing nothing. I’ve been there twice now, hoping it would improve. The manager was sitting in the dining area not correcting any of this. The staff clearly didn’t care as they did as they pleased. Poorly run store. Nasty tables and management not caring. And not one employee said “thank you”. These young employees don’t come with manners and management clearly doesn’t teach them. So I’m guessing that Freddy’s doesn’t care either. Fix this

The food was great here. Freddy’s is known for their tasty burgers. They have great onion rings, and French fries, but most of all, I loved the dessert. It was very scrumptious, made thick and creamy! Reese’s Creamy Peanut Butter Shake is fantastic. Freddy’s also features an Oreo Custard Sandwich–here, you can choose vanilla OR chocolate custard between your Oreo wafers! The food is moderately expensive. We had to wait about 40 minutes in the drive-through to finally get our food, but it was worth it. The place is newly built and just recently opened for business here and it is most likely going to stay pretty busy all summer. The staff was very friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. Parking in the back is convenient and the atmosphere was pretty hectic, but that is to be expected since its doors have just been opened. The wait may be long, but you are greeted by a friendly staff and the food was made exactly as we had ordered so you definitely should try this Freddy’s burgers and frozen custards out!
