If you ever had real Peruvian food, this tastes nothing like it. I travelled to Peru 5 times and my husband is Peruvian and it is very sad that the only Peruvian restaurant in Reno has terrible representation of Peruvian cuisine. Do not recommend.

Food was good but was hoping for more flavor (not sure what) on the arroz con mariscos. The flank meat was very tender and yummy. I liked the yuca fries and the green herbs that came marinated in oil and vinegar but most of the asparagus stalks were really hard on the bottom part. I’m guessing the chimichurri was the yellow sauce but it didn’t taste the way I was expecting

Serves Latin American, Peruvian and Mexican dish. Located along Moana lane right next to a comic shop. Service was good and food choices were good too The waitress served us with a free appetizer of Brazilian cheese bread plus a sticky rice dessert poured with horchata We went here around lunchtime and the service was excellent! The waitress has explained to us well with regards to our questions about the menu. There are not that many restaurants here in Reno that serves Peruvian dish but I would definitely recommend this place. We tried the Arroz Con Mariscos and their tacos. The seafood was cooked well especially the octopus When I come back, I will definitely try their other dish!

This is to me a normal place. Food is pretty good service and is still convenient here. A little on the precious side, but it’s worth it. I wasn’t disappointed yet and I’m going here daily like I said. I suggest that you try it!

My wife is from Peru so we were very excited to try the food here I am happy to report that the cheviche and arroz con mariscos were excellent. We also ordered a pisco sour as well as a passion fruit drink which was excellent. This might be the only place in Reno with authentic Peruvian ingredient so give it a try!

Fantastic casual dining gem! If we don’t visit when we hit Reno, we really miss it! Tastes and flavors are wonderfully unique… the chimichuri is amazing! Don’t sleep on the empanads! They’re a must! And the mezcal flight is a true delight! Clean and tasteful contemporary decor. The food definitely punches above its weight class! One of our favorite places in Reno!!

Nice to have a place that serves platanos! It’s a little pricy, but good serving portions. You do have to ask for more salsa and sauce though as they serve teeny portions of those.

The place was clean and nice. Food was amazing. Just remember this is not a fast food and it could take a few minutes to get your food on the table as orders are cooked on demand. We used to come here when it was called “El Tumi”. We found out the menu and the place was remodeled and also improved. We are gonna come back more frequently. Excellent. The only downside was the parking lot as it was full and we could not find a spot for a while (This is not their fault as it is a shared parking lot with other businesses).
