Mt. Mikes pizza is the best, however your IT department responsible for app. updates should be seriously looked into. $10.00 product charge above the listed price (in this case a medium Everest) is inexcusable. I feel sorry for your staff who have to answer this from I am sure some very irate customers.

I wish I could remove all the stars..They messed up my orders more than three times and the worst thing they did was that we ordered 4 pizzas and they gave us three pizzas and one empty box. The owner was so out of control when I complained. He finally agreed to deliver the missing pizza. The delivery person apologized when we gave the empty box . But the icing on the cake was that on a later date I couldn’t place an order and the employee told me that she can’t accept the order with my phone number because my number has been blocked for the future orders. What a shameful act, for their own mistake, for giving an empty box to the customer and charging for the pizza you block the customer number. I guess, this business doesn’t need anymore customers. So please go somewhere else where you can get what you pay for and enjoy the food.

Mountain Mike’s is usually universally good, but this one has done me wrong twice now. First time, we got a pizza and ate there, and the pizza dough tasted like it had a cardboard bottom. Recently got take out, and the pizza that I picked up seemed like it had been cooked hours earlier. Not sure what is up with this place but go somewhere else.

The workers are great, friendly and courteous. We ordered a pizza and a couple of beers. Everything was great until my wife wanted a soda. I order the soda. I am given the price. It was $2.70 for a medium soda. I started thinking if a soda cost so much how much did I pay for the tiny beers. Then I got mad. They are overcharging the consumer for things that cost them cents or serve.
