Wonderfully cozy, yet elegant atmosphere. Service was wonderful, thank you Raul!! Food was exquisite, plated beautifully, and came out fast. I started with the green falafel and can’t say enough good about it, perfectly balanced flavors. I also got the swordfish, which was “Today’s Fresh Catch”, grilled to perfection. Overall wonderful experience, thank you!

Dinner with the girls. Very interesting medeteranian menu. The mixed grill and pasta were great as well as the calamari. Beautiful atmosphere amd good served too. Nice location we did some shopping in advance.

We had a very good experience at La Gallina. The dips were very good! I also really liked the falafels. The chicken wings were a little too sweet for me but they were very crispy for being cooked in the oven. The service was perfect. We enjoyed the nice weather on the patio. We will come back for sure!

First time having dinner at La Gallina, and we were impressed with the quality of the food as well as the speed of service. Highly recommend the two dishes we had: 1) Chicken Milanese + Mozzarella Perline + Tomatoes, or the 2) Spaghetti – Carbonara. Perfect portions with both dishes (we typically leave these types of places with a to-go box).

La Gallina is a lovely restaurant with a beautiful setup and warm atmosphere. However, my food was just ok and the service was somewhat poor. I got a falafel salad which was good but nothing special, and my friends all seemed to enjoy their meals, too. We went on a slow Monday night but our dinners still took quite some time to come out. Also, one person’s meal was brought out about 30 minutes before the rest of our meals, which was awkward for us as he sat there and let his dinner get cold. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive and difficult to get a hold of, especially given how empty the restaurant was.

The place has cozy interiors, well lit area, warm ambience and seating arrangement is very well organized with some private booths. We ordered a tapas – Spanish style garlic shrimp, it was the best item that we had. The sauce was absolutely delicious, I made sure no drop was left in the bowl. We ordered a margarita pizza for main course. It had a sour dough base which was thicker than regular, chewy soft but surprisingly crunchy. It was on a sweeter side for me, but palatable. And ended the three course dinner with a desert – orange pistachio cake, it was served with Greek yoghurt, orange sauce and toppings of dry fruits. It had perfectly balanced flavor of orange and pistachio, granular, firm and soft in texture, medium sweet and the perfect size for two, as we were able to complete it.

The service here is great. The food is delicious. We tried the bread starter, meatballs tapas, fried cauliflower tapas, Bolognese entree and orange pistachio cake for dessert. We will definitely be going back.
