Food is great, but the menu prices should be updated. Doesn’t show the kids menu but those prices are very reasonable

Nice place pretty busy Friday night seemed like they were short on waitstaff as there was barely any tables taken up and they were saying a 30 minute wait they featured a buffet of Turkey, ham and green bean casserole but everything looked dried out food was good that I ordered though overall not bad the signature sauce for the ribs is awesome as well

Not thrilled. Took my wife out to dinner. Ordered a rare ribeye. Came out medium both times. Order was mixed up first time our side’s were mixed up. The bite I did take of the steak had a heavy irony taste to it which usually indicates it is coming of age. My soup was cold also. But they did credit me for the 3 dollar soup. Paid for the entire steak that I didn’t eat however. Last time we ate there it was just fantastic. To be honest I wont return.

No wait to sit at the bar, 40 minutes wait for a table. Plenty of empty tables, but short staffed. The bartender/manager was very accommodating. Not many choices for wine, by the glass. My steak, Filet, was ordered as medium rare but was well done. I didn’t complain, but the bartender noticed and had it remade. The second steak was medium. I ate part of it. Basically they need to hire someone who knows how to cook a steak. The bartender took my meal off the bill. My husband’s walleye had bones, by now we felt funny complaining about anything. They were trying to be accommodating. The potatoes and corn were good. We haven’t been to the 5 bridges restaurant, but we would try it next time.

The food was good and decently priced. However, this is the second time out of three visits we had very slow service. We had to get a manager to get our tab because we couldn’t find our waitress. The manager did provide each of us a coupon for a $5 drink in an attempt to makeup for the poor service.

Terrible service. Waited over 50 minutes for our food. Other people came in after us and were served and finished eating before we even got our food. Server did not come to our table once in that 50 minutes to refill drinks or update us on anything. In fact an expediter actually brought the food. Our server didn’t come to our table until we were finished eating and then asked us how everything was and if she could get us anything. We asked for our check. She then said she’d be right back to pick up our payment. 10 mins later still not back. I had to go over to another employee (the same person who had dropped off our food) who was setting up tables to get them to run our check. Food was OK. Very disappointing.

It’s Friday 13th and that may have something to do with this. 25 minute wait to be seated and plenty of tables available. 45 minutes wait to receive food. Meat room temp tender but dry. baked potato hot. Been here before food was better. Its comfort food not like its high end. Waitress very pleasant.

We were told a 10 min wait. We waited over 30 mins. Sat at out table for another 30 mins before we got our drinks. Keep in mind half the restaurant was empty and other staff standing around. Then another 45 mins before our food arrived. The waitress was great and kept apologizing for The weight. The food was good.
