First off, Parking sucks here. There is always a long line, none of the staff have ever been friendly, they’re either rude or just quiet. Slow line, the counter always looks messy, and just recently, their system was down. Waited in line for 20minutes and then couldn’t even get food. Been here multiple times, but won’t be returning. It’s expensive and the food isn’t even that good, and the restaurant is always a mess. Go somewhere else.

Although I got a refund, obviously, I have been trying to contact an agent/specialist online. Their phone prompts n online chat prompts send you through a loop. I am being ignored and no resolution has been brought to me. I found a disgusting hair in my food and they have yet to do something about it whilst I’ve contacted them almost everyday since the 23rd of may. THIS chipotle is very disappointing. I worked at one in 2012 so of course I’m looking at them like, wow no sense of urgency or good customer service in general. They’re lol black n brown so they have attitudes or simply no etiquette when you walk in their store like GREETINGS n manners. This location is SAD!

I like Chipotle, but I would recommend not coming to this specific location. They were out of a few items, a couple of which they said they wouldn’t have the rest of the day. No fajitas, no queso, no fountain drinks. I won’t be coming here again

Always are running out of items for the day. Today they had no chicken for the rest of the day. Always are out of guacamole and sour cream. The containers are always filthy. Customer service is horrible. I’ve went 3 times and have had the same experiences. Will never dine there again. If it’s conveniently located for you, just take the extra drive to the next one.

This chipotle is terrible. Customer service is bad. Waiting in line 15 mins no one said anything to me. They didn’t have any chicken ready but I wanted a veggie bowl. How do you run out of chicken. No brown rice. You are open someone should be monitoring what you have in stock and what needs to be made to keep it flowing. I just walked out cause I’m tired of sub par things in the neighborhood. Stop patronizing these places and they will do better!!!

This place is my local Chipotle. Nothing amazing stands out from this place that separates from other Chipotle franchises. Online ordering, they often get the orders wrong and its a drag. In person, the service is slow and the food is often unprepared, below par of standard, or is just not much. I’ve been to Chipotle for years, and this place is just nominal and always has some issues internally or electronically. If you swing by this place, don’t expect anything above average. Try another Chipotle of you want a better experience and quality of food and service.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve EVER been to. I arrived at 8:00pm to an empty restaurant and dirty steam table. The meats, beans and grilled veggies were all old and dried out. They were out of the corn and pico salsa. Just a total disaster. Embarrassed that this exists in my neighborhood. I left and went to the Culver City location which is 10000% better and cleaner.

We went for food at 8.30 and the rude service girl was shouting “this is it, this is all we have left for tonight … at such a long line.” No food left so early on, we went for 2 burritos -one had to be without rice and 3 ingredients only. Rude staff member, couldn’t be bothered attitude, minimal ingredients and she must have decided she wanted to go home early tonight and turned the rice cooker off. Worst experience … there is better else where!
