This restaurant is badly understaffed. Ordered a California Crunchwrap and they didn’t add avocado. Asked them to remake it and they didn’t add avocado a second time. They argued with me that I didn’t order a California Crunchwrap and then checked their system and saw that I did. We’re very rude and rather than remaking a third time, they added avocado to the top of the Crunchwrap and reheated it sloppily. Never coming back here again.

Let me preface by saying I have never written a “restaurant” review on Google in my life, and I have high respect and sympathy for service workers. But our experience at this branch left us with a deep sense of despair and disillusionment. We placed our order at the kiosk (5 items) and sat down to wait. It was extremely crowded, with many dine-ins and Uber Eats deliverers waiting for orders. After about 45 minutes did we realize any prospect of a meal was fruitless. I fought tooth and nail to flag down a worker after I kept getting eye contact from them with no acknowledgement. They let me know my order was in progress and proceeded to move at sloth’s pace, literally staring at the food station and not touching anything. I saw a worker drop food on the floor, and drop a bottle of sauce into the beef then proceed to set it down without cleaning it. In the meanwhile, the building only got more crowded with everyone waiting for their orders. They eventually called my name only for us to find that they provided 2 out of 5 items and the veg one had beef. We decided to give up and when we approached the counter, the worker was already prepared to refund us. Overall a surreal experience and the part of me that loves Taco Bell died a little that day. Ordered from here on DoorDash. I received someone else’s order, and the driver stated he showed the restaurant his phone and that was the bag they gave him. Went through DoorDash support to reorder. Again, received someone else’s order. This is not the first night this has happened, so I’m fairly confident it is an issue with the restaurant itself.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Wondering if I should ever go to Taco Bell again. Mixed out with our completely. Wanted beans, gave us beef. Missed a chalupa. Didn’t give spicy ranch. Forgot a bean burrito and gave a fiesta instead. Employees were incompetent.

Horrible! Ordered 3 simple tacos and still waiting for my order 1 HOUR LATER! Worst Taco Bell. There is about 8 workers. Uber drivers waiting the same amount of time for their orders. They yell at the customers and say it’s too loud. Really?!?!? It was not loud. People are just talking, it’s a restaurant not a library. They are just plain rude and very slow. Never again. The people in the picture are all Uber drivers waiting.

This store just closes whenever the hell they feel like it! The mobile app lets you make an order even though they closed who knows how many hours ago, the lights are off, and nobody’s there! This place stinks! The picture is of a store that lists its hours as being open an hour and a half after the picture was taken! Go literally anywhere else!

Worst branch in America!! worst study group! There are 6-7 people working and they are not interested in any customers! after placing your order you have to wait about 2 hours! the employees are so slow you can’t believe it!
