The wife and I stop by smith very often and our eyes have been drawn a couple of times to this taco truck that sits out in the pocket lock. Well tonight the wife and I decided it was time to check it out load an behold as we approached the truck we were greeted by a wonderful mom and son restaurant. While we wondered what to order the son was engaging and showing us visuals of the food from their social media platform which instantly had us hooked. I ordered 4 taco bierra and the wife ordered taco locos. While we waited for the ordered it was as if we were chatting with a friend and once we got the order we were not disappointed every bite led us wanting more and piqued our interest in the other food listed on the menu so will definitely be back to satisfy our curiosity

THIS FOOD TRUCK IS A MUST!! We got to the food truck during their final hour and WOW, WOW, WOW!! Amazing food and even more amazing… the customer service.❤️ Alex welcomed us and made us feel like we were a part of their family. There was no dead air as we talked and laughed while the food was being prepared and cooked up. Alejandra’s cooking skills are TOP KNOTCH. She made us take a bite of each food item we ordered and each bite left us wanting more! We got the birria tacos, asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and tacos locos topped with birria. OMG… the food was sooooooooo delicious!! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Romos!! We will definitely be back!

I’ve just had the puffy taco. I gotta say the puffy taco was spot on! Not too thick and not too thin for the tortilla to break when you bite into it, you know what I mean? It definitely held its structure. It was so good that some fell on the car seat and I picked up the crumbs and ate them! As soon as I got out of my car Alex greeted me and it was like I had known him for a very long time! We talked for some time while his mom magically prepared the delicious food! These guys definitely deserve all the success in the world and much more! I know they will get it! Thank you romo tacos for helping end my night with a big smile on my face!

A coworker took me here for my first time the other night and it just hit the spot. Alex was friendly, helpful and I trusted him deciding my dinner choice. My coworker got the quesadilla while I got 2 puffy tacos. The tacos were delicious, crunchy outside and soft inside, meat marinated perfectly…and that said, my food was gone before I could take a picture. Definitely check out this spot!

1st time trying the food, it was amazing! Puffy taco was my favorite, it was delicious and the spice level was perfect! Service was great, I sat and talked to the guy while my food was made fresh and he told me about their journey! Can’t wait to go back again
