They are unbelievably slow and there was no way to jump the curb and exit the drive thru lane. Then they laughed as they got the order wrong and left out the dipping sauce and thought ketchup and honey was any kind of substitute. The chicken strips were oily but over cooked. I like Popeyes but can’t return after this. I truly think those employees would rather not have customers to bother them. I will comply.

Food is good and this location represents them well. However, not sure why Popeyes are popping up everywhere but Church’s are not. Church’s chicken is juicier, the gravy is better and the buttercrust biscuit is the best

Food was good. But it was only 730pm and they was already out of so many items. Wasn’t able to get the sides I wanted so I had to settle. Then they forgot to give me my sides all together and my husband had to go back up and get them. No ice was in the makers in the lobby. So the cashier had to put some in our cups.

I came here for an Uber order and the dine in was closed so I had to use the drive through which was full and moving slow. As I proceed around the line I saw between 6 and 7 employees standing around smoking cigarettes. Then as I rounded the store I saw someone enter the store’s dine in area that was locked to me several minutes earlier. I waited in line 30 minutes and this cost me money and wasted my time due to this poor service and awful disregard for doing a simple job. I guess smoking cigarettes comes first these days rather than performing ones duties.

The inside was absolutely filthy and smelled so bad I truly lost my appetite I refused to sit down and eat inside. There was trash and food all over the tables and floor in the lobby with boxes piled in front of the bathroom. The chicken strips were under cooked and the actual was over cooked and the Mac and cheese that they didn’t even tell me came with an upcharge was hard and the fries tasted like they were cooked in 3 day old oil. Not to mention the girl behind the counter had a major attitude and was rude as hell, she didn’t put any utensils or sauces in the bag after being asked multiple times to make sure there was some in there, not that the meal I just paid $35 for was edible. Horrible service and food will not go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

You know, I really like Popeyes’ food, but I was the only one in the drive-thru, I paid and they gave me my drink, but then I had to wait for about a half hour before I got my food. The server was nice and all, but it’s not really fast food.
