The staff are there to serve you coffee, and they do that. But, they’re not very happy to be there and are not personable. I understand work sucks but why not act like it’s not horrible, especially at a job where your usually getting tips. I’d actually much rather go to one of the other locally owned shops by far. Chain businesses seem to treat they’re employees like numbers and that the enthusiasm you get. I feel bad for the people there that probably have to deal with a certain type of customer that you get on the regular there. Just can’t survive until they get their fix and are coffee snobs.

On road-trips through Casper we like to stop here for a coffee break. Always order a basic Americano. This year the crew had no clue, and I got something- I don’t know what it was ♀️well, didn’t want to be a coffee snob but I was decaffeinated & Cranky thankfully the manager fixed me a proper Americano, and used the occasion to educate the staff Thank You! 7/27 2:29 PM check #105. Coffee was luke warm. Didn’t have half of the food I tried to order. Food was stale. Took forever to get my order. They were apologetic about the wait.

I haven’t been inside but the parking lot for this store is big and not so busy so parking is a breeze compared to the other location. They were fairly quick. Priced just a little cheaper than Starbucks but tastes a whole lot better than them too!

I honestly didn’t have a great experience here. I felt bad because there were only 2 workers in the whole place but it took 23 mins to get just 4 drinks and 3 of them were identical. No one else was in line and we didn’t see anyone in the store. (We were in the drive thru).
