Im surprised this place isn’t under suspicion for making my insides felt something that was never felt before. There Service/ Atmosphere feel so wonderful and make you feel appreciated for being there in the first place. Not only that, but there food is the reason why you should be there. Me personally I love there Bowl and is the reason why I love coming there in the first place. This is a must when you ever feel like you are starving and need a bite out of some scrumptious food.

I’ve ordered chipotle twice online and I know it’s made at this particular location on Charleston and Nellis. The first time the burrito bowl was missing the white rice and two other items.The second time when I opened the bowl the guacamole had a big chunk of bad avocado on the top and the rice was not fresh at all and they don’t fill up the bowls correctly they don’t add enough food portions.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I dont know if it’s the heat or what but the staff looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The lady fixing my bowl spilled my guacamole on the lid and side of the bowl. Hey mistakes happen but she proceeded to just leave it untill I stared at her like “uhhh” then got a new lid but didn’t replace the guac that spilled. I asked her for a side of guac, sour cream and chips and all she gave me was guac. The cashier ignored me asking for drinks I had to ask three times. When I asked for chips and sour cream the cashier looked SUPER annoyed and asked for sour cream I was over it by then and just said “it’s cool I’ll just take the chips”. We’re all human but it’s work, most people dont like their jobs but do t take your bad day out on others!

Dirty all over, counters, tables floors. All the workers just standing around no meat ready for service, cook had a horrible attitude when asked to prep meat to serve. Employee wanted to give me the cold food sitting on top of the counter for the 10 minutes I was waiting for them to cut the beef. Besides asking to give me a fresh plate they give you attitude. So Disappointed.

Took my family out to dinner and As soon as you walk into Chipotle broom on the table. Floors and tables very messy napkins all over the floor. Food was not as we expected we had come to this place about 4 times to see if it changed but employees very distracted. 1st time they had to flower tortillas. Second time they did no have the meats. 3rd time had no ingredients. Now the 4th time the rice was burned and it was hard 2 of my kids and my wife got burned rice. Also the lemonade has no flavor we asked but no one came and did nothing about it. Overall our dining was a very bad experience for the 4th time. No one came and clean any tables floors and drink area crew was in the back laughing. That will be the last time me or my family will go to that Chipotle.
