We used to love this Donatos but it keeps going farther down hill. I understand being short staffed but we had to wait an additional 25 min over our “ready time” and then the pizza they brought out looked horrible. The cinna bread was burnt and super dry and our serious cheese pizza pretty much got tossed in the trash. I’d avoid this location if you can.

The pizza wasn’t ready even though we gave them an extra 10 minutes. Staffer said they are short help. We drove away after another 10 minutes wait. This is why we stopped using this Donatos 3 years ago. Won’t be back for a long time…again.

pizza is decent. just don’t order the cinnamon or party twist, they’re doughy and uncooked. This is the second time I’ve order them and same result.. won’t be doing that again! I’d rather eat a box of uncooked rice than to order from here again…

They run their phone order system through the Philippines. Lady told me they don’t deliver 2 miles away from 2 of their locations. Ordered Minellie’s instead and had great local service. No thanks Donatos. USA

Every donatos seems so hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza is awesome, and other times it’s like a toddler made it. My pizza was given to me practically raw and not even cut. The vegetables were raw, but the cheese was melted? I threw it in my air fryer for a little bit and it was better. Picture is post air fryer treatment.
