Unfortunately, like someone else who posted 3 weeks ago, I also saw a cockroach crawling RIGHT BY THE FOOD BEING SERVED. Absolutely disgusted and horrified by the lack of sanitation and health risk this poses. After seeing the roach, I lost my appetite to eat the food I paid for and had to throw it away. I am not inclined to return to this location.

Going to leave a 5-star review, with an asterisk. Used to live walking distance from this Chipotle in 2021 and every time I visited, it was perfect. Tortilla was always steamed to perfection and every ingredient was steaming hot regardless of time of day.

Might of been one of my worst chipotle experiences. I love chipotle but this location is just not it. If you want anything extra, mild, medium, sour cream, lettuce they up charge. Smallest serving size I’ve ever received on both rice and protein. I waited in line for 15 min and there was only 2 people in front of me. The three ladies were only what I could call gossiping. They frequently stopped working at all work stations and talked while I was just standing there waiting. And to top it off they said had no water cups and as I am leaving in disappoint one of the workers grabs a water cup and fills up a drink for herself. Overall very disappointed chipotle.

I been coming to this chipotle since I started high school 4 years ago and it has been the great until today. This new people working there that doesn’t wanna do their job are not being clean. They are talking a lot on top of the door without wearing masks. They are handling the food we eating without wearing gloves or anything. Today at 1:40pm I went in and it was only one person on the line giving food and 4 people at the back doing nothing. Once the store start to get busy the lady on the line called another women to help her out. This women come out mad. Without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Please be really careful where u guys eating and who is putting theirs hands in the food y getting.

I ordered from this store two identical bowls, half steak and half chicken, and two tortillas, so easy peasy. However, I received one bowl, Barbacoa, and chicken, so how is that even relevant?? How did you even make that mistake? Forgetting one or two items on an order, sauces, utensils are normal human error which doesn’t bother more than two minutes and I forget, but the whole dinner for two people and they are closed when it was delivered? This is so messed up on so many levels.

STAY AWAY. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl via doordash. They did not include basic utensils and napkins. There was no lettuce in my bowl and my bowl was halfway full. My bowl mainly contained cheese and sour cream so I could not eat it. There was barely any chicken and about 1 scoop of rice. A child would still be hungry after eating this bowl because it was barely full. It seems like they gave me whatever was leftover which was not much. I am very upset and disappointment and now have to find dinner elsewhere. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. My friend ordered uber eats from the Willard Ave location and her bowl was overfilling.
