I really like going to A&W/ KFC. I was excited when I moved to the area to find this one here. I’ve gone three times ad every time it was worse and worse. 25 minute wait time for chicken not having multiple sides and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even a lunch rush. I was the only car there.

(Kfc review)This location has been less than stellar in my experience. The wait is usually long (as it was today) and the food mediocre at best. KFC as a whole has hit the skids and is nothing like it was back in the 80s or 90s. These corporate balloon heads have put profit in front of quality.

I told the guy at the counter 3 times “no cheese” on the hamburgers. He had a blank stare. I asked for lettuce, onion and tomato only, no cheese. He informed me that they didn’t have tomatoes. Really?? In a hamburger place? The chocolate shake was made with vanilla soft serve ice cream and chocolate syrup. That is not a milkshake.

I only gave 1 star because zero is not an option. This place is pathetic. At least once sometimes twice a week the ice cream machine is broken down. My wife and I frequent a&w restaraunts for root beer floats. This location can not seem to get the root beer recipe right either. Its comparable to canned diet a&w root beer. We only choose to go to this location because we live right next to it. But after again tonight ice cream machine being broken im done. The franchise owner need to open his wallet and supply his location with the proper equipment rather than trashing a&ws reputation further.

Blows big time.!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go…… Been in 3 times with excuse of running out of ice cream. Why offer a $2.00 float and then not know how quick to mix your ice cream.????????????? I even tried to call before going and there phone was busy for an hour. And when you write A@W they don’t write you back…… Plenty of other fast food places.

My complaint is not with the rootbeer float I got but the staff. I was entering the drive through when this teenage girl cut me off and went in front of me. I smiled and shook my head. At the window it seemed like she and the staff knew each other by the way they were talking and looked about the same age. I can’t say for sure what the girl in the car was saying but I noticed the staff, and this one guy in particular looking at me as if to intimidate me. Everytime he handed something to the car in front of me he looked directly at me. I know they’re kids but it was just stupid and so unprofessional. I did nothing to deserve that anyway. Maybe they need some supervision.
