I ordered a wagu burger with only cheese and they gave me one with cheese and burger sauce. When I told them it had sauce the older woman who wasn’t wearing a name tag looked at the tab and said “it says no sauce so there’s no sauce”. I actually had to open up the burger and show them the sauce was on there. They then proceeded to argue with me saying it wasn’t sauce even though the sauce was orange with peppers it and a dripping off of the meat and bun. I cannot believe I had to argue with someone over fixing my burger. I have never been treated this way and will never eat at this Arby’s or any other Arby’s again if this is how they treat their customers.

We we served our shakes after we had sat down the men were very courteous and kind I was able to enjoy my dinner inside Arby’s I always took my nails home with me but now that I’ve eaten inside I think I will do that from now on

Need to update times when business Is open and include lobby times as well I drive a truck and looked up times showed 11 being closing time but get there right after 9 and lobby closed was gonna get it to go regardless… can’t get a tractor trailer through drive thru so you don’t get my business
