We are a Social Enterprise of sorts! Our food truck started out of our kitchen at home! We specialize in Empanadas and our Rice bowls are Spanish, Caribbean and Soul food inspired. We believe in great food, great relationships and great service for our customers and our community at large.

Oh my goodness!!!! Excellent food and service!!! Do NOT sleep on this food truck/kitchen. I delivered the door dash to a customer and that food was smelling so good I stopped by today to give it a try and I am soooo glad I did!!! I got the wing bowl with Spanish Rice, plantains and Mac n cheese. Totally tasty and delicious!!! Beautiful family. Thank you all so much!! I came here yesterday on my break on a whim, & that was the best decision I made for the whole day. I drive the bus so I have to make the best of my break time, with that being said the service was fast and the food is AMAZING omg. I got the jerk chicken empanadas & the oxtail bowl. There was so much food that I had leftovers for the next day, and it tasted even better. The service was great as well. My new favorite spot!

The owners & staff are very friendly, the food tastes really good and looks great! People eat with their eyes first, so cleanliness and presentation is everything and I give them that. Highly suggest cave kitchen!!! The vibes here is just as amazing as the food. Very nice people who actually care about their customers. The jerk chicken empanadas with the Cave sauce is a must!!!!
