I just had a horrible experience with an older African American woman there. We made our order at the drive thru and she was extremely rude and nasty. She had an attitude and was very pushy. Her customer service was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. She also did not make our coffees the correct way.

The best Dunkin’ in the country! The entire staff is always so incredibly kind & pleasant as they effortlessly & flawlessly work at an inhumanly fast pace. The wonderful older lady that usually runs the drive-thru on weekday mornings seriously needs to be promoted or something because of how amazing she is. Anytime she takes and/or gives me my order it always ends up turning my morning (and subsequently my entire day) into a great one just from her simply being so authentically & infectiously joyful, sweet, happy, kind, pleasant, etc, regardless of how busy or early it may be. I’m not even exaggerating.

I ordered iced coffee from drive thru and they supposed to steer the coffee before giving to the customers at my first sip only sugar came to my mouth feels like I am eating sugar because they didn’t mix it so I have to park and walk in to store to tell them steer for me very unprofessional barista sorry to say this but store was not even busy it’s only 2customer including me and no doubt I like this store I come mostly every night and that lady is professional she knows how to make coffee. Drive thru is for fast service and I guess they need to train employee properly.

I absolutely love this location. I go out of my way to go to this one rather than the one right next door to my job, its that good. The food is always fresh, staff is so nice, and they keep the line moving fast. There is a lady that works there who is always there and she is so kind and helpful.
