I ordered carry out yesterday evening – great service. I called in my order, the gentleman (Brian?) Toon my order, advised they were close to closing but if I could make it in time, we’d be set. I agreed. While ordering, he offered a combo that better fit what I was ordering & at a better rate. It made my ordering easy and painless. My husband picked up the order shortly after and it was hands down the best we’ve had! Pretzel/nacho cheese pizza with breadsticks; thank you for a great dinner! We will be returning

Walked in and picked up 2 hot and ready w pizzas and a crazy bread. We live 4 minutes away. When we got home, both pizzas were cold and hard. Literally like rock hard. The sauce was dried out and crusty. It was literally the worst pizza I’ve ever paid for. It truly was like second day old pizza. I wish I would have noticed before we left or I would have not even bought it. My kids were so grossed out there wouldn’t even eat it. My son was banging the pizza on the table because it was so hard.

Girl at the front of the store was very rude to us and other customers in the lobby. She was quoting “30 minutes” for hot and ready pizzas; which is ridiculous. There was only 3 people in the entire lobby. We ordered 20 minutes ahead of time, so it was very disappointing. All of this is made worse by the fact that they charge a dollar more than other little Caesars on many of their items.

Excessively long wait times. I placed an order online and had to wait 1.5 hours before it was ready. I had to wait 40 minutes inside the store after they sent me an email saying the order was ready for pickup, which it was not. I watched as multiple people ordered food and received it before I did. They don’t even have hot and readies anymore. You can’t just walk in and grab a pizza anymore. This is false advertising.

We ordered 20 minutes ahead of time, they ended up serving all the people who just walked in first who all had huge orders and we just had a single breadstick and pizza. I’ve never seen a little Caesars operate so poorly and on a Saturday of all times. The girl with glasses at the register seemed like a deer in the headlights. She wasn’t helping at all and they needed the help in the back, she couldn’t even serve a order, the woman from the back put everything together and handed it to us. The store was also disgusting with flies all over the floor and the windows. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone especially in a hurry.

Absolutely disappointed in this place. If i could give it zero stars I would. Dead flies were all over the ground and when someone said they should clean it up the person at the front rolled her eyes and ignored the customers concern. I waited over 30 minutes for my hot and ready as well.

They tell you 15 minutes for any hot n readys ten you wait and then it’s another 15 mins all of a sudden. So I guess they don’t know how to do the job good enough to get a pizza made called hot n ready in 15 mins . Poor attitudes today from both worker’s . Make sure you call ahead at this one.

Pizza generally under cooked, on multiple occasions staff not friendly, we have switched to Highland House carryout, much better pizza and better service. Ceasers used to be good, don’t know what happened.

Nothing ever available when you walk in. Undercooked bread and pizza. Go back in for new bread and it’s worse than the first batch. Do yourselves a favor and download the Marcos pizza app on order from there. Far superior service than this place.
