Drove 40 minutes to experience the Pizza Hut buffet and was not disappointed! The restaurant was clean and updated. The buffet items were hot and delicious! With specialty pizzas like Philly steak, Buffalo chicken, and especially the BBQ Chicken, it did not disappoint!! I will definitely be back!!

Worst buffet ever. Noon and there was only 3 old half eaten pizzas and a spoonful of Alfredo pasta. Waited 12 minutes after being told fresh would be out in 4 minutes. 1 pizza was then placed on the buffet. I paid almost $25 for 1 salad, 1 plate of pasta and 4 pieces of old pizza. A wasted lunchtime and wasted money.

ATROCIOUS customer service! Walked in, ordered around 6pm, one table ahead of us, ordered cheese breadsticks and pepperoni lovers large pizza, drinks come out, half hour later breadsticks came out, no pizza, manager, not our waitress, comes to our table and asks what we ordered. He promises and assured us our food would take 8 minutes to go through the oven, we should have food within the next at least 10-15 minutes, after 7 pm, we are ready to leave! No pizza still! Promise of discount for our wait, carry out and every other table was served, aside ours!

while waiting over 20 minutes for our order and watching employees walking around talking one actually ask us who we were then proceeds to apologize and tell us she didn’t realize we were waiting on an order and that is has been setting back there and laughs. I must say that at least this time unlike last time our food was not burnt. We are looking for a new pizza place, pizza hut has gone downhill fast.

Very clean restaurant/bathrooms. Kind service. Our waitress had a bad moment when punching in our order on the computer, so our pizza was wrong. Husband didn’t like that because he couldn’t eat it, but I would’ve cared. Anyway, they apologized, hurried and made a corrected pizza. Good business policy! I recommend eating here!

This place is fn ridiculous. I literally live in Uniontown Kerr St which is right off Gallatin ave.. a few blocks up from the police station and I called an ordered food then come an hr later they called asking where I’m located talking bout my address is over In Oliver which were not! So I don’t know what kind of place ya give the address to which by the way they check it then it’s all good til whenever its time for delivery then they talking bout they took our food back to the dang restaurant Wow.. that’s crazy thankfully I ain’t pay with a card cause what would’ve happened then? That’s horrible service an truly messed up but aye it’s Kool to just treat people like that.. God bless this mess!

Stuff crust is suppose to be 12.99 with coupon not 14.99 +tax which is two dollars more + tax masontown pa does same thing said its in cash register in they can’t change it spoke with head quarters waiting on them to respond.
