I just received our dinner. The palomilla steak had no taste whatsoever. My husband’s vaca frita was old, dry and salty. I’m so disappointed with the quality of the food. I hope you read this review and improve the quality of the food.

Awesome experience me and my family had. We had a great time and the staff made our stay a lot more enjoyable. The manager Alex also check in our table and had a small talk with us we will definitely be back.

Party of 3 of us had breakfast, delicious food, fast service, decent prices. The breakfast combinations come with eggs, bacon or ham, grits or home potatoes that are delicious, pancakes. Wao all for $11.00. Great experience.

Great service. You can tell that the employees love to work here. The service has me coming back multiple times a week. My favorites are the chícharo on mondays and lunch bowl specials on weekdays. Attached to this review is a picture of their club sandwich and their delicious crispy fries. And frozen lemonade

Definitely I agree that it seems they don’t care for recurring customers as well as for new ones. We have bought many times food that was delivered. For several times it was all wonderful, food, packing, service and deliver. Lately everything is coming down.Breaded Bistec is now much smaller and the meat with no taste. I used to love their extra of fried cheese, also the Club sandwich just delicious. Last Sunday I ordered both of them with also extra French fries. The bread was completely smushed under the regular amount of French fries that is included in the price of the sandwich and the pieces of cheese we could say that they’re thrown into the hot oil for one or two seconds and that was it. They tasted greasy outside and hard, not melted at all in the inside. I used 3 large pieces of paper towel trying to consume all the extra grease. We didn’t eat them anyways.

I been a long time client if this place and concretely the quality, quantity and prices they have now are really bad!! I ordered a Churrasco with rice and beans, the rice was sticky and poor quality, the beans tasted burned and the churrasco was as small as a baby churrasco, they charge $26 plus tax and tip $30 and long ago I would gladly pay for it because they used to have best quality, quantity and service but now this is a complete ripoff!! I called to mention it to the manager and she was super rude and said that she advice me to check the plate before taking it and that cook said it was a 12 oz bistec, in other words I was lying!!! She was disrespectful and inconsiderate, I didn’t call to get a refund I was calling the manager Luis because he is very nice when we go there in weekends but he wasn’t there instead someone named Roxana who claimed being the manager took the call and was super rude and unprofessional, definitely shouldn’t be there because with her fatal customer service will damage the good reputation this place has built for many years.

Food has always been good, although this time the chicharrón de pollo was soggy and not crispy as I had it other times.
