Needed food post hurricane, tried to order online, got through whole order then online stated online ordering not available ( the price was supposed to be $51 for 4 pizza’s) so called the order in and was charged $87(that was with an$11 tip) but still a lot for 4 pizzas! Called the manager to see if there was a mistake and he took care of it! He was great! Will be trying them Again, but online for sure has better specials.

Mediocre quality at best. I picked up my pizza immediately, but it was just warm, not hot. The dough was a little thick for the NY style that I ordered and the sauce is always a little sweet for me at Papa John’s. The staff was very nice though, so that was the one saving grace. It filled stomach’s, but I could get better pizza just about anywhere.

This location is very unpredictable one day that deliver to you next time you order they don’t .staff is very slow and not willing to work staff would rather argue with you to order on line when they can just take the order. Sometimes you can’t order online . This location has been to my address a bunch of times. Staff is very rude and just not a good restaurant.

Worst experience ever, I ordered food from there today and it will be the last time. They messed up my order, I had to drive back after going home, then they told me I had to wait 25 min. On a Wednesday when THEY messed up. They gave me the same box of food and added the toppings. So essentially I had to eat cold food .They didn’t offer anything to me for the inconvenience. Too many kids working there, no customer service!!!! Go to DOMINOS!!!

I just ordered my pizzas over the phone, I was repeatedly asked if I would like any extra specials. I had to tell the guy taking my order twice that I only want the three pizzas I ordered, when I stopped in at the bayside lakes location to pick up my pizzas I counted 8 employees working and while I waited for my order, I watched two other customers come in and wait to get service. My name was called and the gentlemen calling my name looked over at me instead of just handing them to me, he put the pizzas on the shelf and turned around to play on his phone, after a few more minutes, a young man finally grabbed my pizzas and handed them to me and I asked who the manager was, turned out the manager was the same guy playing on his phone ignoring his customers. I will not be going back to this location, I have been given wrong pizzas in the past and had several ordering issues as well. This branch really needs to work on customer service!!! I’m not impressed at all!

Ordered food, the driver was at my house when he realized he had the wrong sized drinks, instead of delivering the hot food and coming back with the drinks later he drove back to the store still with my food. Then nearly 30 minutes after my food was originally supposed to be delivered he showed back up with barely warm food (the correct sized drinks) and gave me severe attitude at my front door.
