It was unfortunate that we went to have lunch with my family and there was no A/C working at the dining area. It was like a sauna. I asked why the a/c was off and the Cx Reps said that it was broken for a while, but it was working at the kitchen area. Since we were pretty far from our place and we’re not going to inside the car, we had to stay.

Ordered chicken strips TODAY. I asked the guy at the window about an hour ago are the strips fresh. He acted like he was asking another person and say yes they’re fresh. I said ok. Get home, 6 blocks away, strips we’re cold and old. I’ve been here many times but never had strips. If there wasn’t soccer traffic I would take them back! To top it all off, the bisquit was hard! And no one answers the phone!

They put a excessive amount of mayonnaise on my spicy chicken sandwich but all in one place it made the bun soggy they put so much on it. Forgot my ranch dressing and napkins. Yesterday they made me never want to order a chicken pot pie from them as they has massive soggy fried chicken skin chunks in the pot pie i ordered that was chewy and soaked all the gravy from the pot pie making it dry as the crust that should have been sealed on the pot pie but was instead broken off and in 3 pieces. Order from any kfc other than this one, just remember this one is not the right kfc for anyone.

Received Old preheated meal when I ordered the Nashville hot tender meal . Not tender at all stale chicken with stale dry sauce on it , fries where old and stale also . Ask for what’s fresh before ordering .
