Got our entire order wrong, over charged us and then when we got home my baked potato was rotten on the inside. Someone purposely filled it anyways. Ill be contacting the health department to ensure they aren’t serving this to other people. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is terrible. Nearly every time I’ve tried getting food here, something from my order is missing. Don’t try to call for a refund though, because they won’t give you one. Nah, you have to waste the gas to drive back there instead to get the food they forgot. What a joke. Think this is the last time I’m going. If you order anything here, my advice: Always check the bag thoroughly since they clearly can’t be bothered.

The bald manager is beyond rude. He got mad at me because HE didn’t have my order right that I paid for. I was nice and asked for my food that I was missing, he rolled his eyes and half filled my pop. If he doesn’t like his job, he should find another one. Worst manager I have ever seen.

Wendy’s restaurants are always hit or miss. This one is a hit! Everytime I come here service is good but the food is always great. Hot and fresh including the fries. Even large orders and not a single issue. I would easily recommend this store to anyone that wants fast and “friendly” food

So I have gotten to the point where I bring sanitary wipes with me every where I go to eat because these fast food restaurants stay filthy. I ended up cleaning 3 tables so my family could sit down and eat. These are just the photos I was able to get. It is beyond me why after everything with the pandemic most food stores are not keeping their places clean. It’s ironic that the sign in the bathroom stressed how important cleanliness is to Wendy’s yet thier dining room and bathroom is gross. The staff seemed okay. A lot of laughing and playing which I’m not against when your running things well. But when your restaurant looks like this I have to hope that my food was prepared in a cleaner environment in the back. I will be skipping this Wendy’s from now on.

Sat at the pulled order lane, waited a hour(checked receipt time), never received order. There are a bunch of kids working there, out of uniform & some appear to not have showered in days. Makes Burlington look bad.

It’s fast food but our order took 42 minutes (dine in) they were not busy, staff was just arguing with each other and manager was sitting on the floor just overwhelmed. Bathroom was out if paper towels, they had no salads, no ketchup and no soap. This isnon the manager. Other customers demanded their money back and the staff had to figure it out, manager would.not help. 2 members tried to bring it together, apologized often and ran around. 14 people counting manager and only 2 working. Bottom line one of the best Wendy’s in the area is now the worst. I tried to tell corporate and the site times out, go figure. Seems Wendy’s is not taking itself serious anymore and poor management and leadership is a direct result of it.

I highly recommend everybody verify the hamburger meat in their sandwiches is not raw before leaving the drive-thru window. I came through tonight and ordered a baconator meal and a 4-pack of nuggets. Sitting at home I ate the fries and nuggets and started on the baconator. I was watching TV and not really paying attention and made it through my third bite when a light reflected off the meat and brought to my attention that the burger – while brown on the outside, was entirely raw. When I called, I spoke to the manager Adrian. He offered me a credit order, but didn’t seem to care that his store is serving customers raw meat. When I stated just how raw the burger was and said “you’re going to get somebody really sick”, he responded with “I just got here.” When I said “I’m sorry, the cook – I didn’t mean you.” he said “it’s fine.” as if to suggest that I truly hurt his feelings. “Like I said, I can just give you a credit order”. Look, I get it’s fast food – its greasy and horrible for you. All I’m asking is that you don’t add guaranteed food poisoning by raw hamburger meat to the list of problems – and if you do, at least act like you made a mistake.

The last few times I have gone to the Burlington, KY location, my order has been messed up. I have been given the wrong food and I have also had to ask for the rest of the food I ordered and paid for. I think I will visit either the Hebron or Turfway Rd locations from now on.
