The food here was very good, including the specialty sandwhich. I do gotta say I miss the baskets the food used to come in, I’m confused on why the switch to box containers was made, but rhe food was great regardless, including the after-meal blizzard!

Haven’t been in one in 40 years and food was meh! As a kid it was different. As an adult no my cup of tea. Chicken no really flavor, fries were bland, onion rings not great. Makes me wonder if they fry everything in the same oil, which is a big no-no for flavors.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is always exactly that they have great customer service. They always are on top of everything in the drive-through. They know what they’re doing and they’re always really really nice at the window which to me is always important and of course delicious yummy treat… blizzards, and strawberry sundae with hot fudge & Louieee gooey goodness everything that makes a girl happy

I understand why the reviews of some of you folks state that you will not visit again meaning will not spend any $ on this particular Dairy Queen and that is because I too had the worst experience here. Today 8/5/23 I went around 5/6pm with family for ice creams and the service was incredibly rude, I regret not asking for names but that’s how mind blown I was at the unfortunate lack of customer service not only were the sundaes only filled with caramel syrup and little to no vanilla ice cream the cashiers/employees only gave 1 napkin per ice cream which were a total of 4 I mean I’m common sense would be to give plenty considering my toddler was with me and she got an ice cream cone and plenty napkins would help avoid mess while ice cream melts but I mean I guess that’s just my common sense since I have 5+ years of experience with customer service in general. However, when I decided to mention that the sundaes were just filled with caramel syrup the blonde employee said “that’s how it’s made and there’s nothing I can do” and I asked if I could have more vanilla ice cream and that I was willing to pay extra if need be and she said “I wouldn’t even know where to start” so I was so shocked at her responses that I asked for a manager on duty and her exact words were “I won’t be able to grab a manager because they are so busy and overwhelmed”. OVERWHELMED? SO BUSY?

I live about 15 minutes from this Dairy Queen and had decided to mobile order. I arrived and went straight to the mobile order pickup counter. We waited for about 10-15 minutes with staff just starting at us. A women at the register asked us quote “ Are you guys gonna order or something?” The tone was very rude and unnecessary. We told her we were waiting for a mobile order and gave her the name. She proceeded to say quote “we’ll why didn’t you just say that then” in a VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL tone. Not only had we now waited for our food for 20 minutes after the designated pick up time but was treated with awful customer service and left with a sour taste in my mouth. We will not be coming back.

Went here while Black Friday shopping stopped for lunch ordered a rotisserie chicken salad paid for it. Only for them to come tell me they didn’t have any and offer a rotisserie chicken bites see photo below for the pathetic meal they gave me! Also asked for a large cup of water and got a baby cup :(. I do not recommend this DQ. The lady that came served us was rude! We will not be back.

We went here for Blizzards and left also with food. I got a Turtle Blizzard young one got a extreme chocolate blizzard and oldest got a cotton candy blizzard. Mine was excellent. We also got chili dogs and fries. You could tell the hotdog wasn’t the highest quality and it was hot and the chili was pretty good. Not the most delicious thing I have ever eaten but it was exactly what you expect to get for a chili dog from Dairy Queen. The fries were unsalted so ask for salt.

I went through the drive through to get my daughter an ice cream cone. I had a free coupon for a small cone. When I got to the window I asked if they could dip the cone. The guy had an attitude and said no the coupon is only for a free cone. I understand that but he tried to charge me full price for a dipped cone. SMH!

We usually have a very positive experience at this location, unfortunately that was not the case this time. The flurries we ordered were half melted and the staff was rather rude when it was brought to up. We asked for it to be corrected and proceeded to get rude treatment. Finally they made new ones, we ordered 5 and didn’t want shakes. Its unfortunate because we like this location. The staff appeared to be new from our previous experiences.
