Today was the first time I’ve ever eaten at Port of Subs and honestly I was a bit reluctant because of the reviews but I had a great experience! I was helped by Allie and Wendy both of whom were very polite and patient and after deciding what I wanted they were extremely quick I was literally paying 2 minutes after ordering. It was clean and well organized; the bathrooms were spotless.

I love this place!! The sandwiches are delicious and the service is top notch. I cannot understand the numerous negative reviews on this site, because my experiences there have been nothing but positive. My only (very minor) complaint is their decision to switch from cubed to crushed ice a few years ago in their self-service drink machine; a lot of eateries are doing this now to save money (crushed ice takes up more space in the cup, leaving less space for the drink, and ice costs less than the drinks). Still, at least at this place the crushed ice is not really finely crushed like you find in a lot of restaurants.

I would give it no stars if I could. The blond girl with two braids who was preparing our food was rude. Every time she would ask us what we wanted and we answered, she would roll her eyes at us. Even the way she asked us was rude. The girl must really hate her job or really hates people. Never going to this place again.
