I wanted to try this place because it had 4 stars and my love for tacos is infinite so why not, I was in the area. We came in and we were the only people there which is fine and you would assume that they would be more attentive to their only customers but not really. The decor was a little kitschy but fine I guess. It did look like they use the main dining area as a hangout when nobody is there. After some awkward minutes the waitress came and stood next to me without saying a word so I just ordered. She came back with chips/salsa and my Coke. The “chip” salsa was just not good, I usually eat the whole thing but it just tasted weird. The tacos came along with a green taco “salsa”. The tacos were ok, not good not bad just okay. Same story with the salsa too. I just wished it had more flavor. I ate,paid and left… Knowing full well I would never come back here.

Mother’s Day dinner. The menu prices are Not what we were charged. Question the charge and the server stated that the prices on the menu were from 4 years ago. You are not given this information until you are finish get the bill and question it. Unethical, Untrustworthy, Deceivers. Taking advantage of the client. Not good business practice. Be very careful when/if you visit this establishment. Would never visit again. Would Not recommend it! Thieves!!!!!!!!

Tacos are very good and authentic! Love that they allow us to order 4 different flavor instead of 4 of the same flavor. It allows us to try all the choices so we know what we like or don’t like. But all were good! Al Pastor, Lengua, Chorizo, Pollo, Bistec, Camarones, and Carnitas.

Dont Recommend!!! mediocre tacos and worse customer service! server tried to not give food that was ordered and charged to me. The birria tacos are the worst i’ve ever had(by definition not even birria tacos). The menu had different prices then what we were charged (anywhere from 2-5 dollars more). doesn’t deserve the one star.

Lot of haters on these reviews I ordered their birria tacos, and they were probably the best birria tacos I’ve had this far. I’m Mexican and have been to a few spots around jersey, and so far these are by far the best ones. $16 for an order, but well worth it. A taste of Mexico

I ordered a steak and a chicken burrito. The chicken tasted bland and the steak tasted worse. Sauce was really spicy. Not sure what I was expecting since it had good reviews, but it’s really nothing special and the burritos are small. I could get a better Burrito at a chain restaurant for a better taste and price or I should have just gone to Bergenline and order myself some nice tacos from a truck on the side. Maybe it’s just these items that are not that great, but I most likely would not order here again.

This isn’t fine dining. It’s a family run place where the mom and dad run the kitchen and the kids run the front. It’s great for ordering pickup. In fact, it’s my favorite place to pick up Mexican food to go. Their tortas are great. Tacos are alright. They don’t have their full menu all the time. Even average real Mexican food is better than Chipotle or Taco Bell imho. If you want a nice sitdown place, there one like few blocks away but they’ve lost it and sell entrees pushing $20 or more which is insane.

I love this place. The first time I ordered, I got a taco salad which wad delicious, two chicken tacos, which were good but needed more taste, and chesse quesadilla which was amazing. The second time I ordered, I got the dame thing expect the taco salad. The tacs this time we better than last time, and the quesadillas weren’t quesadillas, they kind of tasted like tacos and loooked like tacos. Other than that i recommend thid place!
