I am sorry to report that Your Pie Pizza was a disappointment. The gluten free pizza was just not good and it was a struggle to find a clean table. On a more positive note, the young lady who took our order was very pleasant.

This place is going downhill fast. I used to love this place so much but the pizza is becoming super inconsistent and NOT worth the expensive charge for gluten free. Used to have tons of toppings and now you barely get any at all. And they ALWAYS forget to add one or two of the toppings now. Sucks.

The Pie is the Pizza your way! The place was clean and I received friendly vibes from the moment I entered the restaurant. I told the cashier that was my first time there and asked her to explain to me how it works. The cashier was very friendly and patient with me as she explain to me how the process works. I came during lunch time. The cashier told me about the lunch special they had were I received a pie, salad and drink for under 10 bucks. I love the fact they have options for the dough regular or wheat. I chosen the wheat and enjoyed every bit. The restaurant was clean and free of clutter. After I ordered my food I was able to sit inside the restaurant. The cashier brought my food to my table and I was able to dine in during my lunch hour.

The manager, Justin, ran to the store to purchase my daughter a birthday candle while we were eating after he heard I forgot ours at home. Your Pie is my daughter’s favorite restaurant and she’s chosen to go there 3 years in a row for her birthday dinner. Justin made this year extra special by going above and beyond to make this year the best yet!

Once again my family was turned away more than 30 minutes before closing by the staff on a Friday night. They (the young lady in charge) told us that they only offered carry out because it was 8:30pm and they only had four employees. Poor baby. I guess it’s too hard for four employees to serve a family of four for dine in service. When the manager is present their service is great and they are much busier even up until closing serving customers for dine in. I hope the store owner is aware that he still has a problem with his staff. He is losing our weekly business at a tune of $60 per visit. And we are not the only family to be turned away. Thanks to Brooklyn Joe’s in Dawsonville. They have our business now and they ALWAYS give us great service, even up until closing time.

The pizza is good. The staff is nice. The lunch service is slow. I walked in, one guys was being helped and one in front of me. Yet it took over 10 minutes for them to get to me.

I used to love coming here. Recently (within the last 2-3 months) it has slowly been going downhill. I like to come here on my lunch break. I have 1 hour and work 5 minutes away. I used to have more than enough time to get here, order, eat, and head back. The last few visits I have been cutting it close to get back to work. It seems like there’s no organization amongst the team members to get food out in an orderly and timely manner. The pizza is always good, the place is always clean, that’s why I keep giving it a shot but I’m starting to think it may not be worth the lunch time trip anymore.

Good food and friendly service, but tried to get a beer and was told no one on staff was old enough to pour one. Hard to believe that there is no one over the age of 21 on staff. Edit: changed to 1 star. my order of 3 personal pizzas took over 30 minutes to prepare. They were not busy. This is one of the poorest experiences I’ve had at this franchise. I will not be back to this location.

Pretty disappointed in our favorite pizza place (we appreciate the allergy friendly choices) as they shut down their dining room 30 minutes before closing and tried to talk us (and several other customers behind us) into not ordering. Since when do restaurants close before closing? And food items being put away for the night with the employees unwilling to get them out. It doesn’t seem to be a staffing issue as all 6 employees are standing around the kitchen while I wait on my pizza now. Three employees met us at the door stating it was “carry out only”. Then asked “do you still want to order?” We counted 10 lost customers as we waited for our to go pizza with our starving kids. Do better!

My daughter told me this location had gone down hill but I went anyway because everyone has off days occasionally. My mom ordered a Caesar salad and they said they were out of Parmesan. No big deal, we’ll just get some packets. When they brought our to go order out they said they were out of croutons and Caesar dressing as well. So they handed us a container of lettuce and didn’t bother to ask if she’d like something different. Took a long time to fill our order and there were only about 3 other parties in there at the time. This used to be our favorite place to eat. They had a great group of kids working there that were incredibly efficient and so polite. Not sure what’s going on but there’s a whole new staff now and unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. Sadly we won’t be going back to this location.
