This Chipotle only support military/veterans if they are feeling nice. Yes, those were the exact words the manager on duty, Grabriel told me when I requested the military discount I had received from another employee and manager on duty approved a couple weeks ago. Mr. Gabriel said we only give the police discount to military if we are feeling nice when someone is in uniform. I told him I wasn’t in uniform two weeks ago, I am a veteran and he said well sorry they did that for you, they only do it sometimes when feeling nice. So Gabriel was not feeling he could be nice and give the discount that was given at the same restaurant two weeks ago by a nicer manager and employee. Will definitely not be visiting this Chipotle again. Train your employees right and figure out if you all want to be nice to military and veterans or not.

I had the worst experience ever with this place. I ordered fajita veggie quesadilla and they just give me a cheese quesadilla. When I called to report this, the manager was very rude. She said we cannot put veggies in quesadilla, we provide it on the side. When I said I even didn’t get it on the side, she wasn’t sorry or anything. She kept repeating same story and she said we cannot control whatever is included online. She stated, “They have that option available online, but we cannot make it.” So unprofessional!! I understand there is a staffing issue every where, but her rude behavior is not acceptable.

It was very busy last evening. It took a few extra minutes to receive my food after I received notification it was ready. My double wrapped burrito was a little sloppy. But they were short staffed. There were only 4 employees working. Given the circumstances they were rocking it!!! They definitely deserve some recognition! If they were frustrated or overwhelmed it didn’t show!

This store is NOT, in fact, open until 10pm. The lazy employees that work here will stop replenishing the ingredients at 8pm. They can’t be bothered to cook or serve customers after that.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a chipotle restaurant. The portions of both these meals couldn’t even feed a child and we payed for double portion of chicken and rice. Didn’t even fill up a half of the one side. Unbelievable. $35.73 for what!!?? Will never return

I hate being “that guy” but someone has to be. This Chipotle location needs to get it together – sometimes you go and they LOAD YOU UP (appropriate) and other times you go and they COMPLETELY skimp you and give you next to nothing. Unacceptable. You people need to train these kids to have CONSISTENCY and to load people up EVERY time no exceptions. Alright especially on the takeout orders Y’all really be putting hardly any food in there. That needs to change. Again I hate being that guy but my reviews get thousands of views and I have to let people know, so you’ve damaged your business with this. Get back on it and do us right by loading up the food and you can turn this around into a positive review next time. Just learn consistency damnit.

Always good food and good service. The friendly people are the best reasons to come. The only downside is paying, you can order the same thing and always get a different amount to pay. I’ve gotten the same order 5 times and never payed the same for it. Sometimes higher a dollar or 2 Sometimes lower a dollar or two, its funny.

Ordered a simple kids meal. Chicken, cheese, and black beans, with two tortillas with a side of guac. I was given the cheese and beans but no chicken and the guac was put where the chicken was supposed to be placed. My dad went inside and seen what was wrong. They gave my dad the cheap excuse of someone taking my order. When the box clearly had my name right on the top. Never supporting this location again.
