We were in the area after dropping our pup off for grooming. For a while now we have been wanting to try, however there has always been a line out the door and down the sidewalk. This was our lucky day. Yay! No line, however once we entered no table seating available except the bar. My husband and I have no problem with sitting at bars. You get the same service most times quicker. We were not expecting this beautiful, cozy spot. The Sunflower mural is gorgeous. The bartender/server was very friendly. Our Breakfast was excellent.

Stopped here for a meal before a day trip around the city. They did not disappoint. Gave the fried green tomatoes a go. The combination of the cashew chutney and the bite of the goat cheese with the sweetness of tomatoes was a really unique combination, I loved it. They were fried with a thin line of crunch. Nicely done.

The biscuits were incredibly soft and I loved it. You have vegan and vegetarian options here. I ordered tofu scramble. The scramble was good but the peppers in it felt a bit uncooked. I also got their tomato coulis. But it was quite disappointing. Overall it was a great place and great food. It gets quite busy past 9.30 in the morning on Saturdays. So try to be there early.

We visited the flying biscuit to start off my birthday celebration. The food was great as well as the service, our waitress was amazing and attentive. We had the breakfast tacos with a waffle! Delicious will be returning!

OMG!! This was our first time here and it definitely lives up to the hype!! Outside ambience was too cute and then we come inside and also super cuteee!! Great customer service at the desk and it only took about 5 to 7 minutes to get seated. Logan our waiter was GREAT!!! He made great recommendations and was very attentive to our questions and making sure we had a great first experience and we did!! The food was very hot l, good and seasoned very well. We will definitely be back to try some other items!!!

We’ve only lived in Columbia for about a week and after a long few days of unpacking boxes my wife and I decided to explore the city. We found the flying biscuit for brunch and wes not disappointed. Fantastic!! It was our 1st trip and we will be back! The ladies working the bar and front tables were top notch. The food was excellent – I got the chicken and waffle. Best waffle I’ve ever had. I could taste the vanilla and it was almost like a pastry. So good.
